Hendren Associates Architects and Planners is an architectural and development consulting firm working primarily in the private sector on residential and commercial buildings with an emphasis on planning, land use analysis, building design and project management... HAAP identifies potential development properties, performs feasibility analysis with regards to zoning, market and constructability, prepares a prospectus and establishes joint venture development teams. HAAP will then provide architectural design, engineering coordination, project management and construction phase services. The design team is fully integrated into the development and building process. Each decision is considered from all aspects bringing reality into design and design into reality. We believe this wholistic approach leads to better building, more successful projects and an improved relationship between all participants in the development process.
