As a Project Manager, it's Dane's job to clear any and all hurdles to allow Hermanson crews to perform their work on budget and on schedule without any issues. Whether that be in the early phases of the job through MEP coordination, submittals and procurement or throughout the project working closely with the general contractor and the field to deal with any issues that come up.
Dane is adept at solving problems of all shapes and sizes. There are often many solutions to the same problem and Dane has the unique ability to find the most effective and efficient solutions. He will work directly with our knowledgeable and experienced field staff to anticipate and fix any potential problems before they become an issue for the construction team.

As an Account Executive with almost two decades of experience in the mechanical construction industry and over eight years of experience at Boeing, David is an invaluable asset to every project he leads. As the leader of Hermanson's Diverse Projects Group in our Special Projects Department, David coordinates with the teams to ensure end-user acceptance and overall project quality.
Along with his construction management capabilities, David has cross-departmental experience in purchasing. His knowledge of products and quantities has proved as a valued asset to the purchasing process. His experience includes clean rooms, laboratories, industrial and commercial ventilation, heat recovery, and air cleaning systems as well as extensive experience completing TI renovations for Boeing.

Jeff brings to Hermanson over 25 years of experience in the mechanical construction field. Jeff is currently a Senior Project Manager in Hermanson's Diverse Project Group and has been working on Boeing projects for over a decade, all over the Puget Sound region. These projects include everything from full mechanical construction for tenant improvements of Boeing offices to working directly on the tooling used in the manufacturing of the air craft.
After almost 30 years, Jeff takes pride in providing quality customer service in the mechanical field. He has pride in his workmanship and getting things done right the first time. Jeff likes solving problems, and throwing out the "can't be done" attitude in order to be a quality mentor to the next generation of mechanics.

Prior to Hermanson, Robin completed 10 years in the US Navy. Robin utilizes her managerial skills learned from her service in the military in her current role as Service Operations Manager. She initially began her Hermanson career as a Service Coordinator while entering into her final year of law school. After finishing law school, she switched into a contract review role in addition to service coordination. Quickly recognizing areas to address for Risk Management, Robin used her unique perspective to find ways to better the Department. Robin's motivation and ambition for improving Hermanson's Service Department catalyzed her upward mobility to her current position as the Service Operations Manager. In this role, Robin is transforming the way Service tackles complex maintenance customer accounts. Encapsulating the Hermanson way of thinking, Robin and her team are evaluating maintenance customer accounts while collaborating with their projects counterparts to provide not only reactionary solutions but proactive approaches to prevent unnecessary downtime or breakage. Robin's reliance on the Service Technicians and her willingness to think outside the box is helping to elevate our Service Department to the next level of success.

Wendy has worked in the HVAC industry for the last 19 years. Wearing many hats within the Service Billing Department it is her quick wit and willingness to assist others that make her an asset.
