Mark Cole joined the company as our Project Engineer, assisting in the development of company management and enabling more substantial projects to be undertaken as head contractor, Mark becomes a Director/Shareholder/CEO and leads the engineering and tender processing team ensuring that successful tenders become successful contracts, driving this with an emphasis on maintaining good long-term relationships with our clients. Gary Hick retires, but activily represents Hick Bros as a founding and major sponsor for Silverdale Rugby Club.
Rob Fenwick joined the team as project manager and subsequently became Director/Shareholder and General Manager. Rob has brought his extensive experience including a strong understanding and development of construction methodologies, large earthworks and land stabilisation projects and difficult engineering soils. Rob is team focused, and draws on the collective knowledge of the team to achieve innovative or best for project solutions to problems.
