Amber R. McCullough

Amber graduated from the University of Minnesota in 2010, with her BA majoring in Sociology of Law, Criminology, & Deviance and minoring in Joint Military Science Leadership. Amber served in the Army for 10 years advancing from Private First Class to Captain. Amber's military ambitions were fueled with a passion for taking care of and advocating for service members leading her to pursue and attain her branch specialty in Human Resource Management where she began as a Casualty Team Liaison Platoon Leader before serving as a Battalion Command Staff Officer in Charge of Human Resource Management. Amber's tenure as an Army Officer has equipped her with invaluable leadership skills and a disciplined approach to complex challenges. Navigating diverse and dynamic situations, she has cultivated her ability to make informed decisions under pressure, lead teams through adversity, and effectively communicate with individuals from all walks of life. Since leaving the Army, Amber has begun volunteering for the Civil Air Patrol to extend her leadership experience for search and rescue efforts, junior cadet mentorship, and pursue her love of flying. Amber graduated from Hamline University School of Law in 2014. Amber was awarded the Minnesota Justice Foundation Academic Recognition for volunteering over 700 hours providing free legal services for under-represented clients throughout her studies as a law student. Amber's commitment to excellence coincides with her commitment to service. During and after law school, Amber has consistently provided low bono or pro bono services for domestic violence victims, for homeless and at-risk veterans, and advocacy for complex care patients and caregivers. Amber is also a volunteer at the Gillette Children's Hospital Ronald McDonald House. Amber has had the privilege of undertaking the role of primary caregiver for a disabled family member for over six years. She developed an intimate understanding of the physical, emotional, and logistical challenges that individuals with disabilities and their families encounter. This experience kindled a passion for advocating on behalf of the disability community, inspiring her to facilitate change and secure better outcomes for those who deserve unwavering support. Amber's familiarity with the nuances of the legal landscape pertaining to disabilities, enables her to provide exceptional support to clients seeking Social Security Disability Benefits.

Andrew W. Kinney

Andrew Kinney, Esq., graduated from De Smet Jesuit High School in St. Louis, the University of Notre Dame in South Bend, and Marquette Law School in Milwaukee. He was on Marquette Law Review from 1990-92. He is licensed to practice law in Minnesota, Ohio, New York, and Wisconsin. He began practicing Social Security Disability Benefits Law in 1992. He is a former trustee and current member of the National Organization of Social Security Claimants' Representatives. He is the founding chair of the Minnesota State Bar Association's Social Security Disability Law Section. He has published a free guide to Social Security hearings: The Social Security Benefits Hearing: A Client's Legal Guide. He is also an editor of The Social Security Practice Guide, a five volume legal set published by Matthew Bender. For fun, he runs ultramarathons. He has spoken on Social Security Disability law at local, state, and national legal conferences. His subjects have included expert cross-examination, legal writing, and effective oral argument. She attended Hamline University and completed the 3-3 program which allows qualifying students to complete both a Bachelor of Arts degree and a Law degree in 6 years instead of 7. She graduated from Hamline University School of Law in 1997 and has been practicing Social Security Disability Law with this firm since that time. She began working for the firm as a paralegal while attending school. She has worked her way through the firm as an associate attorney and now as a managing partnered attorney. Jennifer tries to stay involved with the politics of the Social Security Administration. She has met with members of Congress regarding the concerns people have while applying for disability benefits. She strives to find solutions to the problematic problems claimants' have with Social Security by working with clients to help navigate the complicated issues that arise during the disability application process. She is also a sustaining member with the National Organization of Social Security Claimants' Representatives. Matthew Harmoning

Since joining Hoglund Law as an associate bankruptcy attorney, Matthew (Matt) Harmoning focuses on helping debtors find relief through Chapter 7 cases. Matt graduated with a B.A. from the University of Minnesota, Twin Cities, in 2005. He earned his J.D. from University of St. Thomas School of Law in 2017. Matt is admitted to practice in the District Court for the State of Minnesota, as well as the United States District Court for the District of Minnesota.

Matthew Lacey

After graduating college in 2016, he worked with a national debt settlement firm, where he settled over $6.5 million in debt for his clients. This position piqued his interest in consumer debt. Matt graduated with his Juris Doctorate from New England Law | Boston in 2021. Before coming to Hoglund Law, Matt worked with the U.S. Attorney's Office, where he focused on victims of crimes receiving restitution and recovered assets for victims. While there, he was able to work on a variety of complex cases. Matt understands that dealing with debt is frustrating and worrying and looks to be as accommodating as possible. Nicholas Juliano

Nicholas Juliano, Esq., began his criminal law career in law enforcement. After finishing his master's degree in criminal justice, Nicholas decided to end his career in law enforcement and pursue a career as an attorney that focused on criminal law. During law school, Nicholas worked as a summer intern at the criminal defense law firm of Brockton D. Hunter, P.A. He also worked as a student attorney for Minneapolis City Attorney's Office, Brooklyn Park City Attorney's Office, and Ramsey County Attorney's Office. After graduating from law school, Nicholas worked as a General Practice attorney for 3 years, which included working on criminal defense cases. Nicholas is currently one of Hoglund Law's Criminal Defense attorneys. In his free time, Nicholas enjoys watching football (SKOL Vikings!) and going to concerts.

Rebecca Adams

Rebecca Adams joined Hoglund Law in 2015. She graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire and received her law degree from Hamline University's law school, where she graduated in the top 20% of her class. In addition to work experience as a private investigator, and working as a reserve deputy, Rebecca began her legal career as a Dakota County prosecutor. Her experience in law enforcement and in prosecution has been advantageous for Rebecca, who has been a practicing criminal defense attorney over the last 25 years. Clients can expect an enthusiastic and experienced representation with Rebecca, who is thrilled to offer her expertise to give people a fresh start. Since first starting at the firm as an attorney focusing on debt settlements, she has more recently been instrumental in leading the development of Hoglund Law's Criminal Defense Division. Her hand-picked team provides stellar representation to clients in both Wisconsin and Minnesota. When she is not in court or on the phone with clients, Rebecca runs a salsa business with her husband, enjoys gardening, does embroidery, and practices her quilting.

Robert F. Tadych

Robert has been with the firm since November 2008 and practices exclusively in the area of Social Security Disability. He handles consultations and hearings for clients all across the country, with a focus on clients in Minnesota, Wisconsin, Ohio, and Michigan. Since joining the firm Attorney Tadych has represented claimants before Administrative Law Judges in over 20 different states. He has handled medical conditions of all types including both physical and mental health conditions. SARAH N. ANDERSON

Sarah Anderson joined Hoglund Law in 2014. She started working as a paralegal before receiving her law degree from Mitchell Hamline School of Law and becoming a member of the Minnesota State Bar. Sarah primarily practices in Social Security Disability law. Sarah also assists in Criminal Defense cases. While working as a paralegal Sarah has helped clients with their Social Security claims at all levels, from filing applications to appealing decisions to the Appeals Council. Sarah became an attorney after helping clients prepare for their upcoming hearings. She heard their stories and their hardships, Sarah realized she wanted to be able to help clients advocate their case at the hearings. Sarah's favorite part of her job is letting clients know that they have been approved, the happiness and relief they feel is obvious and heartwarming. Prior to completing law school, Sarah attended the University of Minnesota - Duluth where she graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Cellular and Molecular Biology. Sarah has taken numerous courses relating to medicine throughout her education, ranging from medical terminology to advanced anatomy courses.
