DAVID HOLLAND

After nearly five years as an Air Force navigator, Dave attended the Crummer School of Finance, Rollins College, Winter Park, Florida, graduating with an MBA in accounting and finance in 1975. He began his career with the international public accounting firm of Coopers & Lybrand in Hartford, Connecticut. Until 1988, when he established his current firm with his partner Tom Reilly, Dave was associated with other CPA firms and Hughes Supply, Inc. (a national distributor of building supplies and materials) as senior internal auditor. Dave's broad background includes expertise in areas of audit, small business accounting, tax preparation and peer review. He has indepth experience in litigation support services and forensic accounting. Dave is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants (FICPA) and the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners (ACFE). He has served on the FICPA Peer Review Committee and as past Committee Chairman.

Jean Robinson

Jean Robinson joined Holland and Reilly in January 2010 and has over 15 years of experience working with Public Accounting firms. She is an accountant for the firm and performs tax, bookkeeping, and payroll services, as well as other duties. Jean graduated from the University of Southern Indiana in 1985 with a degree in business, and received an Accounting Applications certificate in 2015 from Valencia College. Personal Jean and her husband Charlie live in Oakland, FL, and have two grown sons. She enjoys reading, exercising and traveling with her family.

Tom Reilly

Tom Reilly received his BBA from Siena College in 1966. After serving five years as a pilot in the U. S. Air Force, he received his Master's degree in accounting with honors from Florida State University in 1972. Tom is the partner in charge of accounting, auditing and quality control for the firm. Since 1973, he has practiced as a CPA, primarily in the areas of accounting and auditing. He has nine years experience with an international CPA firm, where he was a designated governmental auditing specialist. Tom has been designated by the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants (FICPA) and the State Board of Accountancy as a consultant in governmental and non-profit accounting and auditing. He has written a number of articles and is a frequent guest speaker on accounting and auditing topics. Tom has authored several professional education courses for the FICPA entitled "Auditing and Reporting on Local Governments in Florida" and "Ethics for Governmental CPAs in Florida". He has taught the courses to CPAs and governmental accountants throughout Florida. For many years, Tom was one of only three CPAs designated by the Board of Accountancy to perform an annual review of governmental audit reports in conjuction with the Auditor General's office. Tom is a Certified Fraud Examiner and has been involved in numerous fraud investigations for the Florida Department of Insurance relative to insolvent insurance companies. He also provides litigation support services, which include forensic accounting and fraud investigation techniques. He is past president of the Central Florida Chapter of the FICPA. Over the years, he has served his profession by taking a leadership role on various committees of the FICPA and the Florida Government Finance Officers' Association (FGFOA). He has chaired the Practice Review Committee, State and Local Government Section, and the Governmental Standards Review Committee, while also serving an active role on the Peer Review, State and Local Government, Quality Review and Practice Quality Evaluation Committees. Tom is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), FICPA, Government Finance Officers' Association (GFOA), FGFOA and the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners. Personal Tom has been a resident of central Florida for 49 years. He and his wife Leslie live in Lake Mary, FL. They have 3 grown sons (Pat, Kevin, and Daniel) actively pursuing their own careers. Tom is past president of the Rotary Club of Longwood and participates in other community activities. He is past chairman of the Seminole County YMCA where he served 14 years as a board member.
