Alex Jiao holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering and a Master's degree in Economics, focused on Global Economics.
He has a strong engineering background and extensive experience in strategic business development within Asia's business aviation sector as well as a demonstrated history of working in China's commercial airline industry in the earlier part of his career. Most recently he served as a director at UAS an International Trip Support Company headquartered in Dubai, UAE of which Deer Jet (Beijing) Co. Ltd is the majority shareholder. Prior to UAS he was the Director of Strategy & Business Development for Deer Jet (Beijing) Co. Ltd the largest business aviation service provider in the Asia Pacific region which also includes the largest FBO network in Greater China, before being appointed CEO of Hongkong Jet. Alex has served within the HNA Group in a variety of different senior management positions for the past 15 years.
Cherry Koo has been serving with Hongkong Jet since 2013, and is currently employed in the position of Financial Controller. She has an incredibly conscientious personality, with a high degree of professionalism. She currently leads a dedicated team of Accounting Executives servicing our entire company accounts. When joining Hongkong Jet, Cherry brought with her more than 25 years of accounting experience and a varied career spanning from private owned, non-profit making organizations, to professional firms like Tricor Services Ltd (the biggest accounting and company secretary service provider in Hong Kong) and KCS Ltd.
Cherry has a Bachelor degree of Commerce, Major in Accounting and Finance from the Curtin University of Technology, and is a Fellow member of ACCA and mentor to ACCA members since 2005. In her leisure time, Cherry enjoys Yum Cha with her family and hiking around Hong Kong.

Geoffrey Yan holds a Master of Business Administration degree specialising in Aviation Airline Management from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University and a Master of Mechanical Engineering degree under the Aviation stream from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University. His passion for aviation began at an early age and obtained his pilot license at the age of 17.
Geoffrey started his aviation career by joining one of the most well-known Business Aviation Operator in Hong Kong and was deeply involved in establishing the company's Safety Management System. After 6 years working in safety and quality assurance, he was then recruited by another Operator assuming the position of Quality Assurance Manager where he continue to build up his knowledge in the Business Aviation industry. Throughout his 11 years of working within the Business Aviation industry, he has gained vast experience in running the Safety Management System, and maintaining the Quality Assurance Systems for CAMO, AOC and 145 MRO. In addition, his duties allow him to work diligently with different National Aviation Authorities, such as the FAA, Cayman CAACI, Bermuda BCAA, Guernsey DCA, and HKCAD.
Geoffrey joined Hongkong Jet and BASG in 2018 as the Project Manager within CMAO department. After more than a year of outstanding performance, he is promoted to the Head of Safety, Security, and Compliance and is now guiding the company towards higher safety and quality standards.

Joseph Hao has been working with the HNA group since 2007. He had extensive management experience in the field of Human Resources in several industry and various management positions. Joseph had been appointed to be a Director of Human Resources in HNA Tourism International, Deerjet and Hongkong Jet respectively in 2012.

Lance has obtained his Bachelor's Degree aviation with a major in Air Traffic Management from the Civil Aviation University of China before starting his aviation career.
Lance owns more than 12 years' experience working with client relations and business development in the private jet industry. He arrived at Hongkong Jet as a Client Relations Executive in 2016 and has advanced through progressively more responsible positions in client relations and business development departments over the years. He brings to Hongkong Jet diversified and rich experience in business development which will provide us a sustainable long-term growth as Director of Business Development.

Leo has obtained his Master's Degree in Economics from Nankai University and Bachelor's Degree in Aircraft Maintenance Engineering from Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics before his professional career.
Leo has worked in various locations within China and accumulated profound experience during his management positions in several industries including aviation industry. He has specialized in market development, customer relationships and mergers & acquisitions. Leo has joined Hongkong Jet in 2019 and functioned in responsible roles with the current position as Director of Client Relations.
