Amy is one of our full time closing officers. Amy also spends time doing agent training and acting as a liaison for our customers.
Bill is one of our full time in house title examiners and is an experienced title underwriter. He assists with legal doc preparation and issuing title opinions.
Bridget is the title department team lead. She is also one of our paralegals and curative specialists…she works to resolve title issues. Along with underwriting title exams, she also prepares and sends title commitments to our lenders and coordinates preparation of special legal documents as well as reviewing legal docs prepared by outside attorneys.
Casey is one of our full time in house title examiners; he goes daily to various county courthouses doing title exams and recording our deeds, mortgages and other legal docs.
Dennis is one of our full time closing officers and marketing representatives. He also spends his time training new agents and is out in the offices acting as a liaison for the Agents.
Jarren is one of a two-person team that schedules closings as well obtain and track all Realtor information sheets, mortgage payoffs, HOA status letters, commission splits, marital status, home warranties, etc. He coordinates all closings, signings and appointments for Realtors, Lenders, Buyers and Sellers…and notifies all involved parties.

Jenna is a member of our Processing Team. She prepares closing statements, closing documents, sends/verifies wires and is Jessica Caldwell's back up in post-closing.
Jessica is our Post Closing Specialist; she is responsible to disburse all funds and monitor incoming wires, including earnest money, as well as sending out all mortgage payoffs, inspection fees, seller proceeds, home warranty checks, etc., either via wire transfer or USPS. She also reviews all legal documents being recorded before turning them over to our title department for recording.
Julie is responsible for opening all new orders, requesting title searches and surveys. She also tracks all mortgage location surveys and orders all title updates once files are scheduled to close.
Kelly is the Team Lead of our Processing Team. She prepares closing statements and documents and works side by side with Jessica,
Kyle is a full time closing officer, and helps Sami and Jarren with tracking and processing Realtor information sheets, requesting payoffs, HOA Status letters, commission splits, marital status, home warranties, etc.
Nathan is one of our full time in house title examiners; he travels daily to various courthouses doing title exams, paying taxes as well as transferring and recording our legal documents.
Randy is a member of our Title Department and in charge of our recording process. He reviews all legal documents for accuracy prior to recording them in the respective counties. Randy is also responsible for preparing all buyer/seller/lender closing protection letters as required per transaction, and additionally conducts closings as a Closing Officer when needed.
Rebecca is one of our paralegals and curative specialists…she works to resolve title issues. Along with underwriting title exams, she also prepares and sends title commitments to our lenders and coordinates preparation of special legal documents as well as reviewing legal docs prepared by outside attorneys.
Sami is one of a two-person team that schedules closings as well obtain and track all Realtor information sheets, mortgage payoffs, HOA status letters, commission splits, marital status, home warranties, etc. She coordinates all closings, signings and appointments for Realtors, Lenders, Buyers and Sellers…and notifies all involved parties.
Tyler manages our title operations. He underwrites title exams and resolves title defects.
Vanessa is a part of our title department; and is our post-closing specialist. She prepares and sends out all owner's and lender's title insurance policies as well as other recorded documents.
Vanessa works side by side with Rebecca. She resolves title issues, underwrites exams, sends out title commitments and prepares and reviews legal documents.
