Good enough location, the hotel is located in the center of the new city, not very far from the train station. Decent breakfast. Nice and polite staff...... Hi,I'd like to email you in regards to my recent stay at your hotel. I have to say it's by far the best experience me and my family have had as always. We always visit Morocco every year and when we need to book hotel there is never a question of doubt about which one it will be. Its always this one. The only reason for this is because of the amazing staff that work there especially nadia in particular. She always welcomes you with a pleasant manner and is always professional. She attends to every need and makes sure your stay at the hotel is always the best. She has amazing customer service skills and I've recommended this hotel to literally my entire family and friends when they ever visit Morocco in future. Nadia and aziz make sure the that customers are well looked after and explain everything in detail when requiring help...
