There are 8 apartments available in this unit. All apartments are two bedrooms. The facilities are always quiet and in a nice area. Landlord pays garbage removal, tenant pays the rest. Washer/dryer hookups in each apartment. Each apartment comes with one garage. Leases are for 12 months. No smoking or pets allowed in the apartments. Stove, refrigerator, and dishwasher come with the apartment... There are three apartment buildings with 8 units in each. All units are 2 bedrooms. Coin operated washer/dryer in the hallways. Some apartments have stackable washer and dryers in the units. Landlord pays for garbage and the tenant pays for all other utilities. No pets and no smoking are allowed in the apartments. Leases are for one year. Stove, refrigerator and dishwasher in all apartments with some having a microwave. These apartments don't come with a garage but there are garages available for additional cost on a month-to-month basis.
