HVA INTERNATIONAL

Established in 1879 in the Netherlands, HVA International is a globally recognized agricultural company and asset manager with a long history in the development of tropical agriculture projects, focusing primarily on Africa and Southeast Asia... HVA's historic office is located at the Nieuwezijds Voorburgwal 162 in Amsterdam. HVA initiated the construction of the building in 1888, starting with right side of the building, in need of more space, HVA later build the now middle and left sides of the building. The historic emblem of HVA is clearly visible above the entrance of the main door. The building is a National Monument, thereby protected by the government of the Netherlands. HVA is proud to still hold office and its main Executive Meeting room in this build, capturing the history of the HVA... HVA is one of the founders of the Royal Tropical Institute (KIT) in the Netherlands, which has been founded in 1910. The executive team of HVA operates from this location.
