HTSEQ

HTSEQ is funded in part by the National Institute of General Medical Sciences (NIGMS) [NIH grant P50 GM071508]. HTSEQ is a project within the Lewis-Sigler Institute for Integrative Genomics of Princeton University. Some HTSEQ software was derived from microarray database software produced by both the PUMAdb and SMD projects... HTSEQ, the Princeton University High Throughput Sequencing Database, stores raw and processed data from high throughput sequencing assays. It provides data retrieval and analysis interfaces. Data is released to the public upon publication.
