Cliff is a senior HSEQ professional with a record of improving safe operation of plant and equipment in developing and delivering behavioural change progams and risk management solutions both nationally and internationally.
Cliff is a qualified HSE specialist and HSE lead auditor, workplace trainer and assessor and holds a Masters in occupational health, safety and environment and a fluid power industrial certificate

Cliff is a qualified Health, Safety and Environmental Lead Auditor and is experienced in developing audit protocols to AS4801, OHSAS18001, ISO14001 and ISO31000, facilitating audits nationally, internationally and sub-contractors.

Mark Lapworth is a Chemical Engineer and one of the team that founded Ibis Business Solutions in 2000. After working for 16 years in the chemical, oil and mining industries in operations, management, project engineering and process design roles Mark moved into safety and risk consulting roles where he has worked for the past 14 years. He has consulted across a wide variety of industries including mining, engineering and construction, water and gas utilities, manufacturing and telecommunications.

Tony Trajanovski is a Registered Safety Professional who has over 17 years' experience providing WHS and risk consulting services to a wide range of clients. Tony has worked in numerous industries including manufacturing, oil and gas, maintenance, utilities, construction, mining, metals, logistics, food processing, retail, finance, local government, chemical and telecommunications. As a result, Tony recognises the importance of applying practical WHS and risk tools to ensure workable and effective solutions to meet client needs.
