Anthony is the Director of Client Affairs. He has an active role in almost all phases of the company. His primary responsibilities include overseeing the customer service, data processing and IT departments. He was an integral part of the development of IDS's proprietary Priority Mail Open and Distribute software. Anthony implements procedures and strategies that take each job from start to finish efficiently and accurately.
Jim Coston is the President and Founder of Innovative Direct Solutions. He has over 15 years experience in the Direct Marketing Industry. He got his start by driving the mail to the Post Office everyday in a van. Jim quickly learned the business and moved up through the ranks. He ran the operations at Northwest Mailing Service for 8 years before starting IDS. With an operations background, Jim is very hands on and oversees all aspects of the company. He also serves on the NIPCC (Northern Illinois Postal Customer Council) Executive Committee.
