Charlotte Isbell serves on the Board of Trustees as the Chief Operating Officer.
She coordinates the headquarter team, supervises day-to-day operations, assists the Ethics Committee, is the MRFC Board Liaison and the Board of Trustees Liaison.
As a long time team member, Charlotte enjoys talking about membership and the benefits available to those who are part of the Association.
Dr. Reuben K. Chen, CFP®, CLU, RFC® has close to 35 years of experience in his wealth strategies practice. He is the founder, CEO, and President of Wellspring Consulting, the Silicon Valley Member Firm of M Financial Group.

With an accomplished 30+ year career in financial services and the founder of his successful private practice, HB Financial in Charlotte, NC, Steve concentrated his efforts from 2015 to 2022 on expanding the IARFC and the impact it has on the industry, its members, and the clients they serve. His experience in diverse non-profit associations has positively influenced the IARFC in day-to-day reorganization and long-term planning. Retired December 31, 2022

Michael Jay Markey, Jr., MRFC® serves on the Board of Trustees as Vice-Chair.
He is a co-founder and owner of Legacy Financial Network and its associated companies. His vision has expanded the organization from one location to three, with the hopes to make Legacy a national company. Along with his wife Vanessa, he cohosts "Fireproof You Finances" a fun and entertaining radio broadcast that discusses current financial trends.
In addition to being an investment advisor representative for LFN Advisors LLC, and an insurance agent for Legacy Financial Network, Michael's main passions are his faith and his family. He shares his faith with his clients and incorporates the values it instills into Legacy's Four-Step System. He is a regular contributor to the IARFC Register magazine.
