Mr. Avadhesh Pratap Misra is experienced in the Civil Engineering field primarily under FIDIC and BOT environment mainly in Bridges, Roads, Highways, Expressways, Airfields, Tunnels etc. He is also responsible for infrastructure related projects covering Investigations, Planning, Surveys, Design, Tendering, Project Execution, Construction Supervision, Project Management, Contract Administration, etc. located in varied climatic and terrains, internationally.

Dr. Mahesh Kumar has a Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering and a Master of Technology in Civil Engineering. He also has Bachelor of Legislative Law and Doctor of Philosophy degrees. He was associated with Public Works Department (Building & Roads) since 1983 and has rich experience in Public Private Partnership projects of highways. He was involved in National Highways Development Programme Phase-III of Govt. of India and grounded projects of 1724 km. He was first to introduce electronic tendering for the Govt. of Haryana in 2007.

Mr. Anant Deo Narain is President - Emeritus, Director - Technical at ICT. He holds a B.Sc. degree in Civil Engineering and has over 45 years of experience. He is a former Director General (Road Division) and Additional Secretary at the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways (MORTH). He is a Life Member of Indian Roads Congress (IRC) and also member of International Association of Bridge & Structural Engineers (IABSE) and Consultancy Engineers Association of India (CEAI). He has a Specialization in Institutional Reforms, Project Management and Contracts. At ICT he is responsible for project monitoring of a number of foreign and domestic projects.

Mr. Aseem Kumar Prabhakar is the Executive Director at ICT and holds a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering and Post-graduation in Transport Engineering. He has over 25 years of varied and rich experience in carrying out feasibility studies, detailed engineering design and construction supervision of major highway projects and traffic and transportation studies for a number of projects in India and abroad. In his present role, he has the overall responsibility of all related departments like Highways, Bridges, Pavement Material & Geotechnical, Quantity Surveying & Contracts etc. and is also an Independent Engineer for various projects. He is Member of Indian Roads Congress (IRC), Indian Building Congress and also affiliate member of Consulting Engineers Association of India and Fellow Member, Indian Geotechnical Society & Institution of Engineers India.

Mr. Saurabh Khanna is a Civil Engineer by qualification and over the span of more than 27 years, he has obtained a plethora of experience in the field of Infrastructure Development and Infrastructure Consultancy. He completed his Civil Engineering from Pune in the year 1995 and post-graduation in M.S. in Consultancy Management from BITS, Pilani in the year 2002.
He is the Director and President of M/s. Intercontinental Consultants and Technocrats Pvt. Ltd. (ICT) and has attained proficiency in managing Infrastructure Development projects of various sectors such as Expressways, Highways and other roads; Railways & Metro Rails; Airports and Aviation Systems; Urban Regional Planning and Smart City Solutions; Traffic, Transportation & Road Safety; Institutional Strengthening & Capacity Building, etc. His global exposure of nearly three decades has helped him to develop an invaluable network that spans in nearly 50 countries and has served him well over the years.
