Mrs. Catina Burrell is the Vice President and Chief Operating Officer for ICP Systems. Mrs. Burrell, working directly with the CEO, plays a vital role in designing and implementing business strategies, plans, and procedures, as well as policies that promote ICP's culture and vision. Overseeing the company's day-to-day operations and the work of its executives, Mrs. Burrell's responsibilities include management of workload and allocation of resources, identifying and providing resources and staffing assignments, project scheduling and tracking, skills analysis, information distribution, and time and cost management analysis. Mrs. Burrell is a proven leader with over 20 years of professional experience in management and training development, and has a comprehensive knowledge of the practices, procedures, and processes involved in business administration and budgets. Mrs. Burrell has a solid track record of successfully facilitating progressive change and development within a growing organization. Mrs. Burrell holds an A.A. in Liberal Arts from Saint Leo University, and a B.S. in Organizational Leadership from Columbia Southern University.
