The Author Mr S.Subramanian graduated in Metallurgy from IIT Madras in 1971 and joined Tata Motors Ltd.,Pune (previously Telco.Pune). He had a long and illustrious Career with Tata Foundries over more than three decades and has had hands on experience in all Foundry operations.
Given his inclination for scientific pursuit of all matters Technical, he remained chief Technologist for Tata Foundries in Pune for the last decade of his association with Tata Foundry.
