Aamir is the finance manager for iMMAP Inc., based in Washington D.C. in the United States. He is responsible for the overall cash and financial management of the organization. He works closely with iMMAP Inc. global personnel to prepare monthly financial closing statements, financial reports for projects, conducting risk assessments for new implementing partners while assisting technical teams in project design and implementation together with audit processes and financial proposals for donor agencies.
Aamir has over 28 years of experience in finance, analysis, audit and accounting. Prior to joining iMMAP Inc., Aamir was a financial analyst and accountant with USAID in Pakistan for 18 years managing a yearly program cycle with a portfolio of over 2 billion USD. Prior to that, he worked as the chief accountant for the International School of Islamabad for four years and a senior associate for audit and business assurance services department of Deloitte also for four years.
Aamir holds a MBA in Finance from the International Islamic University of Islamabad, Pakistan while being a fellow member of the Public Financial Accountants of Pakistan. Aamir further holds certificates including but not limited to, Fiscal Decentralization and Local Governance from Georgia State University, and Audit Management from the Federal Executive Institute in Charlottesville as well as attending trainings such as Public Financial Management workshop conducted by IMF and design, implementation and negotiation of local solutions in Pretoria, South Africa among others.

Abdoul Karim Sow is an iMMAP Inc. information management specialist deployed as WASH Information Manager - Helpdesk and Surge Support to the Global WASH Cluster (GWC). Before its deployment to the GWC, he was in secondment to the Nutrition Cluster in South Sudan.
Abdoul Karim Sow is a professional with nearly 15 years of experience in information systems and technologies including eight years of experience working in the humanitarian aid sector working with OCHA, the Office of the Resident Coordinator in Cameroon and UNICEF. During his humanitarian experience, Abdoul Karim worked with OCHA at the West and Central Africa regional office where he was a member of Emergency Rapid Response (ERR). He was deployed in Burundi to support the office with information management and for MIRA (Multi-sectorial Initial Rapid Assessment). He was responsible for the helpdesk and capacity building roles for the Online Reporting System (ORS) platform for the nine Sahel countries. He was deployed to support the Resident coordinator offices in Burkina Faso and Mauritania. Abdoul Karim was the first OCHA Information management officer deployed to Cameroon for the Northwest/Southwest crisis. During his assignment to the Resident Coordinator's office in Cameroon, he supported the United Nations System M&E working group where he developed many tools to monitor the progress of the SDGs. With UNICEF in Central Africa Republic, he was the information management specialist of the WASH Cluster where he assumed the role of cluster coordinator.
Abdoul Karim holds a Master's Degree in IT audit, information systems and engineering. He is fluent in English, French, Wolof and Peulh.
Abdoulkader iMMAP Inc.'s Project Manager at our DR Congo office. In this key role, he is tasked with overseeing program implementation, ensuring objectives are met within specified timeframes and budgets. His responsibilities extend to team coordination, fostering seamless communication with stakeholders, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to Health actors in DR Congo in adherence to global standards.
With a rich professional background, Abdoulkader brings 13 years of banking experience as a Senior Manager at the Central Bank of Djibouti. His expertise includes financial operations with banks and financial institutions in New York and Paris, as well as collaboration with multilateral institutions like the World Bank, IMF, and Arab Monetary Fund. Furthermore, he boasts 14 years of international experience with renowned humanitarian and development organizations such as MSF, Tdh-Lausanne, RCN Justice and Democracy, WFP, and Luxembourg Red Cross. His roles encompass support functions, operations/programs, representation in various countries, and acting as a focal point with institutional donors.
Abdoulkader holds a diploma in financial management from the University of Sfax, Tunisia, and a Master's in Banking and Finance from the Institute Technique de Banque de Paris, France. Additionally, he earned a Master's in Humanitarian Affairs from IHEID in Geneva, Switzerland. Abdoulkader is fluent in French and English, with proficiency in Arabic and Somali.

Abdullah is the administrative coordinator for iMMAP Inc. Yemen. He oversees key functions such as budgeting, financial reporting, human resources, procurements, and administration, ensuring the continued operation of the mission in Yemen.
With over 5 years' experience in finance, accounting and management in the private and public sectors, Abdullah has consistently proven his competence in financial reporting, management of organizational accounts, auditing and administrative responsibilities. Prior to taking on this role, he contributed to the success of the iMMAP Inc. Jordan/Syria mission as financial assistant.
Abdullah holds a bachelor's degree in accounting from AL-Zaytoonah University in Jordan. He is fluent Arabic and English.
Ahmad is the Finance Officer for iMMAP Inc. in Jordan. He is responsible for overseeing the financial transactions for project staff in Jordan, and collaborates with various departments to enhance the efficiency of operations.
With over four years of combined experience in the private sector and International Non-Governmental Organizations, which includes his experience in Mercy Corps Jordan and Regional Offices, in addition to working in the private sector in Dubai, UAE.
Ahmad holds a Bachelor's degree in Finance and Banking Sciences from Al-Albayt University in Jordan.He is fluent in both Arabic and English.

Arie Claassens is iMMAP Inc.'s country representative in Nigeria since February 2022. Prior to that, he had been working as a technical advisor on the iMMAP's mine action program in Iraq since 2017, overseeing the deployment of advanced GIS applications and GIS skills capacity building of the iMMAP Inc. personnel, the national mine action authorities in Iraq, and the humanitarian mine action (HMA) actors in the country. Mr. Claassens was also involved in the facilitation of coordinating meetings between the national authorities and the HMA actors.
Mr. Claassens holds a MS with distinction in GIS from the University of Leeds.

Brian Finlay is Chairman Emeritus of the Board of Directors of iMMAP Inc. He served as the Chairman from 2006 until 2020.
Brian is the President and Chief Executive Officer of the Stimson Center. Under his tenure since 2016, Stimson has transformed its business model, launched pioneering new engagements across Asia, and industry-defining programming on environmental security, renewable energy, and technology. The Center also opened its first overseas office in Europe. As a result, the Center has tripled in size and continues to dramatically outperform similarly-sized institutions in global rankings. Notably, Stimson, today boasts the most diverse and inclusive workforce of any major Washington think tank. Brian previously served as Vice President, Managing Director, and Senior Fellow at Stimson.
Prior to joining the Center, he served as executive director of a Washington-based lobbying initiative focused on counterterrorism issues, as a researcher at the Brookings Institution, and as a program officer at the Century Foundation. Prior to emigrating to the United States from his native Canada, Brian served with the Public Health Agency and the Department of Foreign Affairs and International Trade. Brian was an adjunct professor at American University in Washington, and today sits on the Editorial Board of Global Security, a journal of health, science and policy published by Routledge, Taylor & Francis.
