Astrid spent about 10 years in different customer support positions with biotechnology companies before she started as customer service at Inheco about 10 years ago. She is now responsible for solving customers questions and problems with her team to ensure a high-class customer service worldwide.

Christian has over 20 years of research and product development experience in laboratory automation. He held R&D leadership responsibilities across, software, algorithm and instrument hardware development. He is responsible for all aspects of the product development lifecycle, driving performance, efficiency and effectiveness of engineering and product development team.
Giuseppe has over 20 years of research and product development experience in laboratory automation. As a project manager and system architect, he accompanied many products from the vision to market readiness. He is responsible of planning, procurement, and execution of projects. In addition, he is responsible of the product concept and ensuring that all requirements are held during the whole product lifecycle.

Günter started his career as an Assistant Professor at the Technical University Munich, specialising in Thermodynamics and Heat and Mass transfer, he then joined AMS Thermotech and led their customised solutions department. He grounded Inheco in 2000 after recognising the opportunities to further develop and deliver Thermodynamic and heat transfer solutions for Industrial applications. Over the past 20 Years, Günter has grown Inheco into a leading manufacturer of highly engineered and innovative Lab-tech products. His role is to ensure that our company is focussed on achieving our mission of providing the best lab tech products for automated liquid handling platforms.

Mike has over 30 years of leadership experience in Global Distribution and Services Companies, Mike is responsible for all of the operational departments, he has been tasked with delivering operational excellence and ensuring our customers receive the highest quality of products, coupled with great customer service, from quotation thought to end life.

Before joining Inheco, Ruth was able to gain a wide range of experience in her professional career as a trained precision mechanic, employee in quality assurance and quality management. She has been with Inheco for a total of 10 years now, where she started as a production employee. Through further training measures, she obtained the degree as a state-certified technician in mechanical engineering and as a quality manager. She has been Head of Quality Management at Inheco for two years.
