Andrew Murrell is a Senior Systems Engineer with a degree in Aerospace Engineering and Physics from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University in Prescott, Arizona with vast experience in Aerospace Electro-Mechanical Actuation Systems and Research and Development. He has worked as a Systems Engineer at Rockwell Collins, where he founded their Electro Mechanical Systems Engineering Community of Practice (CoP). Recently, he worked as the lead Eaton Aerospace research and development Systems Engineer and developed numerous patents. Andrew participates in and supports INCOSE-LA events, leadership meetings, WSRCs, and volunteers as an event photographer (one of his hobbies). He received the 2018 INCOSE-LA Presidents Award from Phyllis Marbach as well as received a Certification of Recognition from Mark Mckelvin in 2019. Additionally, Andrew's support was instrumental in Safran Electronics and Defense (previously Rockwell Collins) becoming an INCOSE CAB member last year. He certified as an INCOSE CSEP and UCI Project Manager last year.

Dorothy is an experienced engineering leader across multiple skill areas, suppliers and contractors. She is a highly motivated agent of change and an accomplished senior project engineer at Boeing in airplane life cycle from product development through aircraft final delivery. Dorothy manages large-scale, complex 2nd Century technology solutions using generative design tools, model-based systems engineering and additive manufacturing to reduce complex parts design using digital models. Dr. Mark McKelvin is a Senior Project Lead in Digital Engineering at The Aerospace Corporation and an Adjunct Faculty member in the System Architecting and Engineering graduate program at the University of Southern California, Viterbi School of Engineering. In his current role at The Aerospace Corporation, he serves as the technical authority for implementing digital engineering across the space enterprise for a variety of customers. Prior to joining the Aerospace Corporation, he led the development of model-based engineering technology and techniques for space system development at the National Aeronautics Space Administration Jet Propulsion Laboratory as a software systems engineer, electrical systems engineer, and fault protection engineer. Prior experience in the design, modeling, and analysis of cyber-physical systems and embedded systems is exhibited in roles at General Motors Research, Army Research Laboratory, Intel Corporation, Sandia National Labs, and HRL. He is a past President the International Council on Systems Engineering, Los Angeles Chapter and an alumni of the INCOSE Technical Leadership Institute. He earned a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering and Computer Sciences from the University of California, Berkeley and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Clark Atlanta University.

Karel Marshall is a Modeling and Simulation Engineer at The Aerospace Corporation. Mark TenEyck is an accomplished business executive with 30 years of experience in management, design, fabrication and building. He started his first business at the age of 19 in residential home building and design. He transitioned to an 18-year tenure with Dassault Systemes in management selling innovative engineering solutions. He also designs and buds custom modern warm furniture sold in high end retail stores, is on the Advisory Board at Cerritos College and teaches computer aided design (CATIA) at Roosevelt High School. TenEyck has championed innovative methods for reduction of cost, scrap and environmental impact in product development. He is distinguished by his passion for business, focus on collaborative team building and commitment to delivering results. Nazanin Sharifi is a Systems Engineer who works with Northrop Grumman Mission Systems as a Risk and Process Lead to help ensure the success of command and telemetry, communications planning, maintenance, and software sustainment functions for operation and maintenance to support peacetime, contingency, homeland defense, humanitarian assistance, and wartime operations.
Nazanin was recruited by Northrop Grumman Mission Systems from Pennsylvania State University. She has worked with Northrop Grumman for 10 years, gaining experience from nano to system of systems level engineering.
Nazanin is trained in Six Sigma, certified Greenbelt, and an INCOSE member for 6 years. She has been active in promoted STEM events both in INCOSE Chesapeake and LA Chapters, has volunteered her time to review papers, and is an active INCOSE-LA member.
Nazanin holds a Bachelor's Degree in Science from Pennsylvania State University.
