IN-VI began operations in Europe in Poland (Warsaw) in 2000. Since that time, IN-VI has overseen the ongoing and award winning (ISOCARP Award for Excellence 2008) development of a mixed-use community for over 35 000 inhabitants near the Wilanów Palace in Warsaw (Miasteczko Wilanów). The project already serves as a model of sustainable growth in the emerging markets. In the Mokotow district IN-VI is designing a contemporary loft structure - Woronicza Qubik. IN-VI has also designed a prestigious residential enclave Konstantin Gardenville near Warsaw. In Wroclaw the company is currently working on a new district near the city center - Vratislavia Promenades - as well as a new community outside that city in Kębłowice. The company also designed the concept of the most prestigious new residential neighborhood in the traditional Krzyki district Hallera Gardens. In the Tri-Cities IN-VI has designed the most popular Aqua Park (in Poland) and one of the largest tennis centers in Central Europe..
