Allen R. Brinkman II

Allen Brinkman came to INB with over 25 years of banking experience. The majority of his career was spent with two banks. SunTrust and Wachovia. Prior to joining INB, he served as president and CEO of Sun Trust Bank's Florida division. He says these large financial institutions have inherent benefits, but over the past 15 years, the environment changed, leading to a loss of client and employee loyalty and corporate culture. Allen expounds: "Over the course of my banking career, I have learned to understand what matters most to me, what my true purpose and responsibilities are as a banker, and how I can assert them effectively. When you are able to clearly identify what it is you are hoping to achieve, and when you juxtapose that with what you are doing, you decide to act." Allen's "action" was to join INB and bring a group of successful, experienced lenders with him. Allen has chaired the board of the Tampa Bay Partnership and Tampa Hillsborough Economic Development. He has served as a board member for many other civic groups such as the University of Florida and Junior Achievement.

Allison Bond

Education brought Allison Bond to Bloomington - but it's the caring community and opportunities available that have kept her here. Originally from Rockford, Allison attended Illinois Wesleyan University, where she graduated in 2018 with a bachelor's degree in Business Administration & Management. Today, Allison has more than five years of experience in sales, customer service, administration, and management, and she has worked in the mortgage industry since 2019. Allison has put down roots in Bloomington with her significant other, Dan, and their two dogs: a two-year-old pug and a ten-year-old Husky. In her spare time, she's interested in "all things health" - from fitness to nutrition - as well as cooking and true crime. Now, Allison has found a good fit at the INB Bloomington branch as AVP, mortgage lender. She strives to be a positive influence in a team environment, and she loves to help her customers find their dream homes. "I love the Bloomington community and have made it my home!" Allison says. "I am looking forward to growing my business and the bank in our community by helping home buyers!"

Amanda Donley

Amanda Donley began her career in banking when she took a position as a full-time INB teller in 2007, making a career change from working in retail management. She quickly felt at home. "The culture is one where you are allowed to learn and grow and really make a difference for the customers," she says. Since that time, Amanda worked her way up into new roles including teller supervisor and banker. In 2017, she was promoted to assistant branch manager, first at the Chatham branch and then at the Montvale and Wabash branches in 2019. "Every branch has different customer needs, so I was able to get different experiences that I didn't get while working in Chatham. It was a wonderful learning experience for me," she shares. In October 2020, Amanda became Branch Manager for Chatham. She's grateful for the opportunity to learn so many different areas of the bank's operations and to create lasting relationships with customers. She also loves helping coach her staff and encourage them to grow in their careers. Amanda and her husband have been married for 18 years and have two daughters. Megan is 17 years old and loves art and playing golf. Aleta is seven years old, and she enjoys being outside looking for snakes or worms. The family has one dog, Lucy, adopted in 2017. In her spare time, Amanda loves to cook and have family nights.

Amy served as a trustee for the Village of Annawan, has served in Rotary and Kiwanis, and is a member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars and Illinois Women in Leadership.

Andi Whalen

Andi Whalen's financial career began after she graduated from Normal Community High School in Bloomington and decided to move to New Mexico. A family member referred her to a job opening at a credit union, which introduced Andi to the banking industry and a job she loved. After a couple of years, Andi returned to Central Illinois to manage a hotel, obtaining her hotel operations certificate. Andi laughs that "the hospitality industry taught me a lot more than I could have asked for about customer service!" Today, Andi has found herself back in the banking industry, now serving as the branch manager for the INB Bloomington branch. She was drawn to INB for its positive company culture and high standards. When she's not working, Andi is very-much involved in community events. She serves on the Board of the Bloomington-Normal Jaycees and is a frequent volunteer at the Midwest Food Bank. Andi also loves to escape to her RV, parked permanently at a campground 20 minutes outside of Bloomington, where she hikes, fishes and kayaks - oftentimes with her dad who has an RV right next to hers. Her "mini vacations" always include her dogs, who she says are "old and very large and my whole world!" Andi is also very close with her parents and five siblings, who live around the Midwest. Of her INB career, Andi says, "It is clear to me this is where I'm supposed to be. I'm impressed with the level of standards INB hold itself to, and the amount of support from my coworkers is very refreshing."

Andy now works as a Senior Vice President, commercial lender, and as legal counsel for INB. Melissa, a teacher, is the director of education for St. John's Lutheran Preschool in Springfield, and the couple lives in rural Rochester with their two sons, ages 12 and 9.

Becky Luzinski is married to a home builder, so construction loans were a natural progression from her start in banking as a teller 25 years ago. Becky says, "I started at Williamsville State Bank as a teller. My boss there was Mary Teubner, and, as a teller, there was down time so I asked her for more job duties. She tucked me under her wing and trained me on everything she knew. She started my career. I moved into the mortgage area where I processed and closed loans. I moved to Town & Country Bank in 1995 with her . . . and moved up to a mortgage lender." Becky joined INB in October 2000 as a mortgage lender. "I also managed the mortgage department and moved into commercial lending. . . When I interviewed with INB I asked if there was ever an opportunity to do construction loans; I wanted to be the construction lender. I'm married to a builder, so I've learned a lot in the building industry. When INB moved me to that position, there were a few builders who didn't think I had the knowledge of the building industry, but now those builders call me for advice and my opinion. I keep up with building codes and anything coming down the pike that would affect builders, and I keep our builders informed of anything that I can pass along to them. I've been a member of the Springfield Area Home Builders Association for 18 years. I have been on the board of the association since 2010. "Because I have mortgage as my background as well, I can help people build their new homes and set up permanent financing." Becky can also help you with your second mortgages or home equity loan. Bill Williams

Bill Williams has been a banker in the Florida market for more than three decades. He's worked for large, dominant market leaders as well as community banks. The variety gave him a chance to experience different bank cultures and customer bases. When he learned about INB moving into the Florida market, he took his time studying the bank, its people and culture before coming on board. With the confidence in going back to work with former boss Allen Brinkman (link to profile), Bill joined INB in the summer of 2022, continuing to work in a business market he has great confidence in. Bill's "secret sauce" to commercial lending is transparency. He does what he says he will do, he's honest and doesn't play games when it comes to helping a client find success. A Memphis, TN native, Bill has called Tampa home for the last 32 years. He says Tampa and Florida are benefiting from 1) no state income tax 2) great weather, beaches and entertainment 3) a good business environment. Bill's expertise is in the real estate market. He's a member of the Real Estate Investment Council (REIC) and the International Council of Shopping Centers (ISCS).
