Henry Koltys is the founder and chairman of InCap and an expert in employment discrimination, mental health, and disability law, software development, and management. Henry has practiced law as a Federal Judge, Federal Trial Attorney, Assistant Attorney General, corporate counsel, private attorney, and mediator.

Lynne Ellyn

Lynne Ellyn is an expert in management, software development, AI, and technology. In 2011, she retired from her position as CIO and Senior VP at DTE Energy, where she managed over 1,200 employees. During her 32 year career in software and IT, she managed many successful software developments and global deployments at Fortune 100 firms like Xerox and Chrysler and start-ups like Netscape and Organic. Lynn was a member of IBM's Technical advisory board and the NIST advisory board for the Smart Grid. Lynne was a board member at the DTE Energy Foundation. the Henry Ford Hospital Foundation, Lighthouse of Oakland County Womens' Shelter, and Detroit Science Center. She also co-chaired the Women's initiative for United Way's early childhood reading program.

Peggy Taylor

While at PeopleSoft from 1989 through 1999, Peggy was Senior Vice President of Corporate Operations and member of the Senior Management Team, where she and Dave Duffield created the legendary PeopleSoft success story. Peggy was formerly president of PeopleSoft Investments and has been an investor and board member in many successful startups. Formerly, Peggy was Vice President of the Trust and Investment Management Group at Hibernia Bank and Vice President of Organization, Planning and Development at Bank of California.

Robert Finnell

From 1993 to 1999, Bob was Vice President and General Counsel of PeopleSoft, where he created and managed the complete legal support infrastructure. During his tenure, PeopleSoft's personnel increased from 250 to over 7,000 and revenues doubled every year from $40M to $1.5B.
