Abhijeet is a law graduate from Campus Law Center, Delhi University (2014 batch). He is registered with Bar Council of Delhi.
He has been a part of the firm for past 4 years and has been involved in the handling of contentious trade mark matters, opposition proceedings and enforcement actions. Prior to joining Inttl Advocare, he was working in the area of general corporate, consumer disputes.
Akhil is a graduate of the Economic (Hons.) from Delhi College of Arts and Commerce, University of Delhi. Then he completed his LL.B from Campus Law Centre, University of Delhi (2017-2020).
Currently, he has more than 6 months of experience as an associate in Intellectual Property Law. Prior to joining Inttl Advocare, he was associated with a sitting Judge of the Delhi High Court as a Law Researcher and has also forayed into civil litigation before various courts and tribunal.
He joined Inttl Advocare in 2023 and is working as part of the Trade Mark and copyright Litigation team.
Amishi is focused on IP litigation and deals with trade mark opposition and matters pertaining to information technology and design. Her work mainly includes drafting and research.

Anandita has been associated with the firm since 2019. She has been advising, managing and maintaining IP portfolios of clients in diverse fields such as FMCGs, Pharmaceuticals, Telecommunications, Liquor, apparel, Electronics and engineering etc. Her practice encompasses on advising on all aspects of trademarks and designs prosecution including risk assessment searches, applications and filing, responding to office actions/provisional refusal, arguing before the Trade Marks Office and Design Office for acceptance of applications, strategic development and management of worldwide trademark and design portfolios along with related issues associated with the maintenance of registrations.
She received her law degree from Amity Law School, Noida. Thereafter, she graduated from University of California, Berkeley where she pursued Masters in Law (LLM) with a concentration in Law and Technology (IP).
Her diverse education and inquisitive attitude brings on the table a unique combination of skill sets to legal expertise along with a client friendly approach.
Anuraj is a practising lawyer with a considerable experience in the areas of intellectual property, civil and commercial litigation as well as arbitration.
Anuraj joined Inttl Advocare in 2023. He is a part of the litigation team handling contentious trademark, copyright and design matters as well as trade mark opposition proceedings.
He has an interest in writing articles on contemporary commercial legal issues and developments.

Charu is registered lawyer She possesses extensive legal knowledge and experience in protecting and enforcing intellectual property rights. With a Bachelor's degree in finance and law enhances her ability to navigate the intricacies of IP laws, particularly. Charu is well versed in drafting legal and technical pleadings for trade mark/copyright litigation/opposition matters for pre-litigation investigations, drafting and filing applications (domestic and convention applications), prosecuting applications; drafting and filing oppositions, rectification petitions, interlocutory petitions, assignment deeds and assignment requests, due Diligence reports covering various aspects of IP in case of merger and/or acquisition of companies; Pre-filing advice and drafting and filing of UDRP and NIXI Complaints; Advising on ASCI Complaints and drafting responses for the same;
Outside of her professional life, Charu has keen interest in watching plays, reading and trying new musical instruments.

Deepali pursued her B.A LL.B (Hons.) at Amity University followed by a LL.M specialising in Intellectual Property Rights. Upon completion of her Masters in 2019, Deepali worked as a Litigation and Arbitration associate, where she assisted with, and handled numerous civil and arbitral matters. In 2021, following her calling, she moved to Intellectual property and started her work in IP prosecution. At her former position, her primary work areas included Trademark and Design prosecution, Intellectual property research, Contract drafting & vetting and assisting in the organization of several programmes and seminars for IP awareness and knowledge.
Prior to her graduation, holding a deep interest in International and Humanitarian law, she interned with Indian Society of International law (ISIL) and Students for free Tibet (NGO). She was also involved in organizing cultural exchange programmes at the Japan foundation and participated in several other co-curricular activities such as Med-arb drafting and debates.

Dr. Sonal D. Bajaj is a registered patent agent with Ph.D. in Chemistry with organic chemistry specialization from Nagpur University, Nagpur. She has a cumulative experience of about 3 years in patent litigation.
Sonal is engaged in providing technical support to patent litigation as Subject matter expert, preparing claim chart, infringement and validity analysis, drafting and filing of pre-grant & post-grant oppositions and their response, revocation petitions along with various suit proceedings before different courts in India. Apart from her experience in patents, she has published over 16 research papers in various national and international Journals and three books with a reputed international publisher based in Germany.

Dr. Vishal is a registered Patent Agent and Attorney at Law having more than 18 years of experience in the field of Patents coupled with additional substantial Research experience. He joined Inttl Advocare in 2005 and has grown the patent practice of INTTL ADVOCARE from strength to strength. He takes care of all aspects of patents from Prior art search, Patentability analysis, Freedom to Operate, Infringement analysis, EoU, Patent validity opinion to new application scouting, patent drafting, filing, examination, pre-grant and post grant oppositions and all other advisory matters. He also represents clients in patent opposition matters before Indian Patent Office and provides technical support in patent litigation matters.
Dr. Vishal works diligently with clients to design, develop and execute patent portfolios that consider and incorporate the long-term commercial targets for patent monetization.

Hemant Singh is an IP litigator, Founder and Managing Partner of Intellectual Property Law Firm INTTL ADVOCARE. He is also a registered patent agent. He was admitted to Bar in 1984 and handled over 2500 IP litigations in various courts all over India involving contentious and complex issues in the field of intellectual property such as claim construction and coverage vis-à-vis disclosure as well as inventive step and test of obviousness in the field of Patents; concept of prior use vis-à-vis overseas brand owner and Indian prior user; trade mark usage vis-à-vis fair use in the field of trade mark infringement including use of trade mark by ancillary industry and in comparative advertising; protection of shape marks as well exclusion of functional and utilitarian shape as trade mark; injunction against parallel import of goods; estoppel in respect of prosecution history of trade marks, patents etc.

Sambhav Jain graduated in the year 2019 and joined INTTL Advocare as an Associate. He has two years of experience in the areas of intellectual property law. He advises various international and national clients on issues arising from infringement of trade marks, copyright and designs in India. He also handles several trade mark opposition proceedings, apart from contentious infringement suits.
He also had the opportunity and privilege to represent a well-known music company before the Intellectual Property Appellate Board (IPAB) with respect to fixation of statutory royalty rates for radio broadcast of sound recordings under Section 31D of the Copyright Act.
Sandhya is a registered Indian Patent Agent. She holds a Master's and Bachelor's degree in Biochemistry from University of Delhi. She also holds a Bachelor's degree in law and PG Diploma in IPR and Patent Management.
Currently, she has more than 8 years of experience in Intellectual Property Rights especially, Patents. Prior to joining Inttl Advocare, she had vast experience in Patent Drafting, Patent Prosecution, Patent Opposition, and Patent Searching including Prior art Searches, Freedom-to-Operate Searches, Invalidity Searches, Landscapes etc. She has handled cross-domain matters including life sciences, mechanical, biomedical devices, textiles, FMCG etc of Indian and foreign jurisdictions including US, EP, MY, CN, RU etc. She is also well versed with NBA filings and microbial depositions.
She joined Inttl Advocare in 2023 and is working as part of the Patent Opposition and Litigation team.
Shivam is a graduate of B.Tech. LL.B. (Hons.) programme from University of Petroleum and Energy Studies, Dehradun (2015-2021).
He is a qualified patent attorney having background of Computer Science. He has been part of Patent Prosecution Team of Inttl Advocare since 2022 and currently looking after filing, examination of a patent application including patentability search, drafting and managing other prerequisite tasks. He has one prior year working experience in United States trademark prosecution.
Sonia is a graduate of the L.L.B. programme from Jindal Global Law School. She has a BA (Hons.) undergraduate degree in History from Delhi University.
He joined Inttl Advocare in 2023 and is working as part of the Designs and Information Technology Litigation team.
Umesh has completed his Btech in mechanical engineering from Galgotias University, Uttar Pradesh. He has published 3 research articles in the field of material science and completed his internship with the Indian Railways.
He has 2 years of work experience in designing software like solidworks and AutoCAD. He also has 3 months of working experience in Positive Plastics Pvt. Ltd. in the R&D department.
Yashwant represents both Indian and International clients across variety of industries such as FMCGs, Pharmaceuticals, Telecommunications, Liquor, apparel, Electronics etc. His practice focuses on advising on all aspects of trademarks, copyright and designs prosecution including clearance searches, application, strategic development and management of worldwide trademark, copyright and design portfolios.
