Matt Winch started in the retail side of the industry learning about the numerous products on the market. When the opportunity arose to cross the counter into the trade side of the plumbing industry he jumped at it. Luckily enough for him he had some fantastic mentors helping him to become a good trades person. Matt prides himself in his work, and his customer relations believing that word of mouth is by far the best advertising. Matt only employs tradespeople that he would allow to work on his own home and doesn't believe in sending apprentices to do the work until they are fully qualified and their quality of work is of a standard that he is happy to have represent his company.
