We embrace both "hard KPI" (savings, incremental revenue) and "soft KPI" (CEO satisfaction) to achieve balance... We seek to understand the net benefits of potential actions- recognizing the inherent tradeoffs between different factors. We're guided by long-term, sustainable net value creation. As such, we work between functions (Finance, Operations, Sales, etc) to achieve better outcomes.
