Armando Estrada

Armando Estrada joined The Innovations Group Team in 2018. He serves as our Development Manager supporting new project development initiatives. He is also part of the construction management team. His experience in development both locally, nationally and in the Caribbean serves us well in delivering the quality and budget of projects. Armando contributes to community service by supporting the Franklin Rodeo and Great Americana Barbeque Festival through his membership with the Franklin Noon Rotary. He Serves on the Board of the Franklin Noon Rotary Club as well as the MTSU Land Development and Residential Building Construction Management Board. He also enjoys connecting partners to the Goodwill Construction Program in an effort to continue its success.

Eric Powers - CEO, President

Eric Powers Practiced Architecture in the Private Sector working for Edwards & Hotchkiss Architects. He worked on projects throughout southeast and eventually went to work for a well-known Restaurant Company, O'Charley's Restaurants. Eric worked in their Development Division supporting the Design and Development of their new restaurants all over the southeast. By the time he left to open The Innovations Group, LLC they were opening a new $3.5 Mil Restaurant every 2 weeks. With this experience he Founded The Innovations Group, LLC as an Architectural Design and Development Company. He now shares his skills with clients doing traditional Architectural Projects, Full Development Projects, Fee Based Development Management Services, Property Management Services, and Real Estate Services. His understanding of Real Estate, Development, and Architecture allows for a comprehensive approach to projects for his clients which includes projects in excess of $1.2 Bil. Eric also enjoys giving back to the community and helps with a number of great organizations. He supports The Franklin Noon Rotary, Baptist Childrens Home, Progressive Directions, and has had the privilege of serving as Chairman of the Board at Nashville State Community College and currently is Serving as Chairman of the Board for Tuckers's House.

Josh Powers

Josh has been with the Innovations Group since 2014. He has a business degree from Williamson Christian College. He manages all our properties, consisting of over 125,000 SF of commercial space and almost a dozen residential properties. He is also a part of our development team working on residential subdivisions. Josh supports and volunteers with the Franklin Noon Rotary at their Franklin Rodeo and Great Americana Barbeque Festival. He lives in Franklin with his wife, Brooke.

Samantha Richard

Samantha Richards joined the Innovations Group, LLC Team in 2008. She serves as our accounts manager supporting all architectural, development and property management projects. She is a great asset supporting and managing contracts and budgets for all projects. Samantha contributes to community service by supporting various charities in Nashville.

Steve Akers

Steve joined The Innovations Group Team in 1998. He serves as our Director of Architecture, contributing to and overseeing all design and documentation of projects. His near 30 years of architectural experience across a broad spectrum of use types serves us well in delivering projects for in-house development projects, as well as multiple individual clients. Steve contributes to community service through his local church and by serving on the Board of Trustees for Christ Presbyterian Academy in Nashville TN. He has also spent many years as a local Boy Scout leader.
