IPCS was founded in 2002 as a one-man repair service by Dan Bailey. However, we have now grown into a team of five. Dan, Jason and Jerad are our three technicians and enjoy solving a wide variety of problems, sometimes tapping on the expertise of the others. Jason joined IPCS in 2007, and Jerad joined us in 2020. Donna and Anne hold the office together. Anne is the voice you often hear first when you call and manages our schedule with Donna, who also takes calls and does our books. We are a tight-knit group of friends and love to work together to ensure that your experience with us is the best...
