Anne Ogle

Anne is a native of Nebraska and has lived in Des Moines since 2008. With experience in healthcare and retail, Anne excels in customer service. She joined the IPCS Team in 2015 as our first scheduler and now serves as administrative assistant, working from home. Anne met her husband at church camp in Nebraska where they continue to be involved. Her interests include decorating the home they are remodeling, cheering on her three kids at their various activities and going for walks with her Borador named Luna.

Dan Bailey - President

Dan was raised in upstate New York and graduated High School in 1980. He received his bachelors degree in computer science from at Harding University in 1984. He was a computer programmer at several companies including Pioneer Hi-Bred, with over 18 years experience. Dan started the company in 2002, which has grown to include his wife, Donna, vice president, and four other employees. He is an active member at the Grandview Church of Christ in Des Moines, Iowa, and enjoys being Papaw to his grandchildren, woodworking and walking.

Donna Bailey - VP

Donna is married to Dan and is our VP and office manager. She has been keeping the books for the company since its first year and also began helping customers over the phone in 2014. Donna works in our home office and is happy to answer questions about billing, scheduling and deliveries; and helps solve the occasional technical problem as well. Donna taught in the Des Moines Public Schools before having children and then turned her attention to being an at-home mom and home educator. Now that the kids are grown, she works fulltime with Dan at IPCS. Her interests include baking, gardening and being Nana to five grandchildren.

Jason Housby

Jason was born in Illinois, and as the son of a minister, has lived in several midwestern states. Jason graduated from Burlington High School in 2002 and Harding University in 2007, receiving his degree in computer science. He joined Iowa PC Services, Inc. in November of that year and has instrumental in the early growth of IPCS. Over the years he has been involved in adaptive technology, and has worked with Youth Leadership Forum in Iowa. Along with a college friend who is an eye doctor, he has helped plan and build a medical clinic in Haiti. In his spare Jason enjoys home remodeling, singing and traveling.
