Bio
Adam has been a Respiratory Therapist for 10 years and completed his Certified Respiratory Education certification in 2013. Adam has extensive experience providing respiratory care in a community setting and specializes in COPD and Asthma management. He joins the InspiAIR team on a part time basis to assist with clinical policy and offer insight on relevant service offerings and the evolving needs of the community. Adam has a passion for educating both patients and providers alike, in addition to advancing efforts in community engagement.

With over 3 years of experience in the Respiratory Care industry, Alex brings to InspiAIR a customer-oriented approach and empathetic service to all oxygen patients in the GTA. He is a Registered Respiratory Therapist and has a Bachelors Degree in Health Sciences. Alex believes in providing the latest and most advanced portable oxygen concentrator for his patients to ensure that they have the best quality of life, mobility, independence, and compliance to therapy.

Andrea became an RT in 2012, graduating from the Michener Institute for Applied Health Sciences in Toronto with an advanced diploma in Respiratory therapy. She also has a degree in Health Sciences and a certificate in Disability Management from Dalhousie University in Halifax. She has been working in the community ever since and is committed to the ongoing education and optimized therapy of her patients.

Bio
Casey is a Registered Respiratory Therapist and graduated with an advanced diploma in Respiratory Therapy in 2014. She has 6 years of community respiratory care experience, with a specific passion for providing care in rural settings. She has returned to her home town of Bancroft where she is leading regional respiratory care activities for the Bancroft Family Health Team. Additionally, Casey has recently joined InspiAIR Quinte to further improve access and support for patients receiving oxygen and sleep therapy in North Hastings.

Cora is a Registered Sleep Technologist (RPSGT) and has been in Sleep Medicine since 2007 working and managing in multiple sleep clinics throughout Windsor-Essex and Chatham-Kent. Cora believes in being patient focused, offering helpful advice and solutions to those just starting out or continuing their PAP journeys. Cora finds great satisfaction in helping others achieve a good night's sleep, so they can feel their best. Having grown up in Windsor and now residing just outside in Belle River, she is very happy to be able to assist the community she lives in.

David has been in the home health care industry for over 15 years, providing empathetic care to seniors in the community, long term care, and in retirement homes. The favourite part of his job is listening to his clients, and understanding their needs, and taking care of them. David loves the respiratory industry because each day he knows he can make a difference in someone's life.

Fiona has worked in the home care respiratory industry for over 20 years. During that time she has overseen clinical operations in GTA and provided exemplary customer service to CPAP and Home Oxygen patients. The best part about her job is being part of a team at Inspiair that loves to provide outstanding client care.

Jade became a Respiratory Therapist in 2010, graduating from Algonquin College. She has over 10 years of clinical and management experience with a home oxygen and sleep apnea therapy provider. She looks forward to being an entrepreneur, and along with her team, is focused on improving quality of life through patient-centred care, while providing exemplary customer service. Jade is committed to ensuring that the latest technology is available to improve the treatment success and clinical compliance of her clients.

Originally from Nova Scotia, Jo-Anne has worked in sleep therapy since 2016. She joined InspiAIR in 2019 as our Patient Care Coordinator shortly after moving to Ottawa. Clients often comment on her friendly nature and genuine helpfulness. Here at InspiAIR, we can always count on Jo to have everything just right and under control.

Laura graduated from Algonquin College as a Respiratory Therapist and has been working in the home respiratory industry for over 5 years, specializing in oxygen and sleep apnea therapy. InspiAIR is locally owned and, as a new entrepreneur, Laura is thrilled to be dedicating herself to providing best-in-class patient care and customer service within her community. She looks forward to tailoring treatments to individuals based on their unique needs, while offering both in-office clinical consultations and virtual appointments to her clients.
Lee attended Fanshaw College and became a Registered Respiratory Therapist in 2016. He brings over 6 years of experience with CPAP and Home Oxygen Therapy to his role at InspiAIR. Lee is very excited to serve the Kingston and surrounding areas, with a focus on patient-centered care!

Lysa is a Registered Respiratory Therapist who graduated from Algonquin College in 2017 and has a background in Health Sciences from the University of Ottawa. She has over 4 years experience in community health care including home oxygen therapy, sleep apnea therapy and sleep diagnostics. At InspiAIR, Lysa's focus is providing exemplary home oxygen services using modern solutions for therapy.

Marnie completed her Bachelor of Health Sciences at The University of Western Ontario before completing an Advanced Diploma in Respiratory Therapy at Algonquin College in 2006. She has over 15 years of clinical experience in both the homecare environment, specializing in sleep and oxygen therapy, and the hospital setting. Marnie brings enthusiasm to the homecare industry providing patients with the latest oxygen technologies. Her exceptional clinical expertise ensures patients have an improved quality of life and increased mobility. She is thrilled to join the InspiAIR team and be able to offer each patient a personalized care plan based on their individual needs to help them achieve their healthcare goals.
Matt has been providing respiratory and sleep therapy care throughout the GTA over the past 6 years, assessing and treating patients with respiratory disease and sleep disordered breathing. Matt is a Registered Respiratory Therapist and has a background in Health Sciences. His favourite part about his job is building lasting relationships with his patients and multidisciplinary health teams.

Nicole became an RRT in 2019, graduating from St. Clair College in Windsor. She loves educating her clients in their respiratory health and seeing positive outcomes. Having grown up locally, she feels strongly that InspiAIR is the ideal place for her career as a respiratory therapist as it allows her to demonstrate her passion for respiratory health to her very own community.

Randy is a lifetime Quinte resident and was the driving force behind the Rick Meagher Charity Golf Tournament that raised $3 Million for local causes. The charity helped Quinte area children and their families, who faced physical and mental health challenges, live better lives. Additionally, 60 high- school graduates, pursuing a post-secondary education in healthcare, received $5000 scholarships. Randy has over 38 years experience in the respiratory industry, beginning at Belleville's Lakeside Homecare in 1983, followed by many years as a senior executive at Medigas, before joining InspiAIR in November of 2020.

With over 12 years of experience in the Respiratory Care industry, Robert brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the GTA team. Robert graduated from the Michener Institute where he obtained a diploma in Respiratory Therapy. Robert is looking forward to providing Simcoe County and the GTA with prompt and courteous service in the industry.
Sarah is a Registered Respiratory Therapist who graduated from Canadore College in 2011 and also has an Honours Bachelor of Science degree from Laurentian University. She has 10 years of healthcare experience working in both hospital and homecare services. Her main focuses have been home oxygen services and sleep diagnostics, specializing in complex care, palliative care, smoking cessation and COPD education. At InspiAIR, Sarah provides home oxygen solutions which optimize patient mobility using market-leading Portable Oxygen Concentrators from OxyGo.

Sonia graduated from College de Rosemont in Quebec as a Respiratory therapist in 2003. Sonia has 18 years of hospital and home care clinical experience, providing bilingual oxygen and sleep therapy care. Sonia is committed to ensuring that the latest technology is available to improve the treatment success and clinical compliance of her clients while assisting them with insurance coverage.

Sue is from Leamington and attended St Louis and LDSS. She received a degree in Human Kinetics at U of Windsor then her RRT degree at Henry Ford Community College in Michigan. She has worked in both hospital and Homecare for many years and resides in Kingsville. She takes pride in taking care of all her clients with empathy and compassion. Sue loves to travel and see the world, and is looking forward to doing that soon.

Terry graduated from St. Clair College in Windsor as a Veterinary Technician. She worked for 23yrs caring for our four-legged, furry friends before deciding to make a move to the human side. She is looking forward to learning and expanding her knowledge in the respiratory world, and especially at our small locally owned business, InspiAIR. She has lived in many Canadian towns(being a part of a military family), before settling down and starting a family in the small town of Woodslee. When life allows, she and her family enjoy sporting events and camping.
