George Spiceland

Job Titles:

George's experience in IT began in 1999 when he began building his first home desktops and has expanded since to include a deep passion for networking and device interconnectivity. His professional career in IT began in 2005 when he joined Aaron at Leading Edge Solutions. After a brief break from professional IT to finish his degree from Kennesaw State University he returned to IT working for a networking call center and has several years of experience troubleshooting network related issues as well as PC problems from both the client and infrastructure side. He is excited to have joined IRM Technology in 2014 and is looking forward to using his skills to bring excellent support to IRM's clients. George is also a Linux enthusiast and is always looking to learn more about IT and networking.

Ivan McCloskey - President

Ivan began his relationship with the personal computer when Radio Shack introduced the TRS-80 in 1980. Since then, he has been engaged in the industry, building and fixing computers, servers and networks. After graduating Magna Cum Laude from Georgia State University in 1994, Ivan began working in accounting systems for a local Atlanta public accounting firm. Within three years he had formed BT consulting which started his professional career in bringing technology solutions to clients. Two years later he left BT Consulting to form IRM Technology Consulting. In 2004, Ivan became a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer. Ivan brings 15 years of professional experience to the table in addition to a broad skillset for the benefit of IRM clients including email systems, internet connectivity, Mac, server operating systems, network infrastructure, accounting systems and security.

Jared Lewis

Jared first began learning about computers in his youth primarily with an interest in video games. He involved himself in every computer class available to him throughout high school. After a stint in college, Jared took the time to learn how to modify video games which led him to a passion for finding solutions to technical obstacles. His professional IT career began in 2015 where he and Ryan started working as Carter's & OshKosh IT support for their retail locations, learning basic scripting and beginning to develop a knowledge of networking for small businesses. At the beginning of 2017 he moved to Carter's corporate office in a system administration environment. There he learned about Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange and the IT operations of a large business.

Jared Tangeman

Job Titles:

Jared grew up with a passion for anything electronic. At a young age, he began taking electronics apart to see how they worked. Eventually, he began to understand how to reassemble them and even repair them when they did not function properly. His first home computer was an Intel i486 DX2 that ran at 66mhz and he has been upgrading, repairing, and building computers for over 20 years. His true passion is gaming; especially any of the older games from an arcade or on a cartridge. He also enjoys hobby electronics projects and he has built many custom gaming rigs, including a full-sized arcade cabinet. Jared has held positions in manufacturing and design, construction, automation programming, network administration, and as a telecommunications technician. He has done work as a residential and commercial audio/video technician since 2004.

Mindy McCloskey

  • Controller / Human Resources
Mindy McCloskey is the Controller for IRM Technology and also serves as Human Resources Director. She has responsibility for financial reporting, tax compliance, and human resources. She is a CPA for the State of Georgia and has Master's degrees in Business Administration and Taxation. She has over 20 years of accounting and finance experience. She also enjoys being Team Mom for her daughter's travel fastpitch softball team and, in the past, has volunteered as treasurer for her neighborhood pool and homeowners' associations.

Rob Gill

Job Titles:
  • Network Technician
Rob's first IT experience was in 2005 when he upgraded his parents PC and built his own computer for the first time. Through college he repaired laptops and build computers as a side job and began working professionally in IT in 2015 when he joined Carter's & OshKosh providing IT support to their retail store locations. Rob assisted with organizing teams and upgrading the entire retail POS software system. In 2019 he joined Athens Micro and learned and supported Office365, Windows and Linux servers and network infrastructure. Joining IRM in 2021 Rob assisted with integrating DattoRMM into the workflow. Rob looks forward to learning more about networking and server automation.

Ryan Camp

Ryan's interest in IT began in 2000 as online gaming began to take hold. He learned to build and operate PC's from his father at a young age. Coupled with his love for gaming he came to develop a passion for software development. In 2011, Ryan began working on Apple computers and, during this time, developed an extensive knowledge of devices and their connectivity. Ryan's professional IT career began in 2015, when he began working for Carter's & OshKosh providing IT support to their retail store locations, including developing applications that assisted in issue-resolution. Ryan quickly moved into a corporate operations in a system administration role, where he developed knowledge in Active Directory Services, Exchange management, network analysis and device management.
