Rebecca Alexander is the founder and owner of Inspiring Action. Qualified in Business Management, Community Services, Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP), Rebecca is a communications, leadership and change specialist. Rebecca is a sought after professional and personal business coach, trainer, presenter and facilitator. She is a member of the Australian Board of iNLP (integral NLP) and member of Quantum Change Coaching Club in Australia and USA. Rebecca is committed to voluntary work and community organisations and has served for 8 years as a Board Director of Life Education SA.
Rebecca has extensive corporate experience with more than 20 years specialising in communications and change, in corporate, not for profit and government sectors, including 11 years at Origin Energy, a top 20 ASX company, where she held a number of key senior leadership roles; directly supporting over 2,500 employees.
Having experienced many personal and professional challenges and achievements she brings compassion and understanding of the challenges currently facing our changing world.
Rebecca has played integral leadership roles in major change and communication programs such as acquisitions, mergers, integrations and restructures. Rebecca's proven capabilities in strategic planning have enabled her to understand and master the dynamics of complex business environments.
As a coach, trainer, presenter and facilitator Rebecca has worked with professionals at every level of the corporate chain from executive level managers to COOs, CEOs and board directors, right through to front line employees.
