David M. Damaré is a licensed mortgage lending expert with over 18 years of experience. David grew up in New Orleans, LA and graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He went on to attend pilot training as a military officer with the United States Air Force. While flying for the North Carolina Air National Guard, he flew for a major commercial airline and worked briefly in the financial investment industry.
In 2003, he founded The David M. Damaré Team.
Molly began her career in the mortgage industry in 1997 and has since had stints as an appraiser and currently a loan processor and loan originator, so she is well-versed in all aspects of the lending process. She also studied Interior Design and Architecture in college adding even more expertise to what makes a HOME a HOME.
Molly took a 4-year break away from the mortgage industry where she worked as a flight attendant for a private charter company flying professional sports teams and executives all over the world. This experience allowed Molly to learn a lot about the art of high-end customer service, which she currently exhibits day in and day out with all of her mortgage customers.
When Molly isn't working, she enjoys cooking and gardening, and spending time with her mom and family.
Patrick is a Native of North Carolina and began his career in the mortgage industry in 1997 and founded Integrated Funding in 2000 because he wanted to create a company that simplified the mortgage process while treating his customer with the best customer experience possible. Patrick graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a degree in Economics and a concentration in Business. His degree in Economics has proved to be extremely essential in the mortgage business giving him extensive knowledge of how interest rates are determined and understanding the current economic data to know where they are headed.
Patrick takes pride in his attention to detail and customer service he extends to each and every client. He takes the time to explain the entire mortgage process and listens to each client's personal goals and needs to make sure his customers fully understand and are comfortable with the process, which is why he has been able to generate 65, and counting, 5-star reviews on google.
Patrick lives in Raleigh, NC with his wife, two children and dog, Izzy. When not working Patrick enjoys playing tennis, snowboard, surfing and fishing.
