He holds a Doctorate in Civil Engineering and a Master's Degree in Hydraulic Engineering and Environment, both from the Polytechnic University of Valencia (UPV). He currently has more than 15 years of experience in dam safety consulting, working on the application of the risk analysis methodology for safety management in hundreds of Spanish and international dams.
He holds a Doctorate in Civil Engineering from the Polytechnic University of Valencia (UPV) and a Master of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee (UWM). Since 1996 he has carried out international work related to safety studies, structural behaviour modelling or risk analysis of hundreds of dams, including tailings dams, as well as the implementation of risk governance policies and systems for corporations, government entities and multilateral organisations.
