Joseph Gilbert

Joseph has worked as vice president with CITI over the last 14 years with their Global technology centre in Singapore. He was involved in maintaining and developing software for CITI CARDS for countries in Asia , Japan, central Europe, Middle east and Africa. During his time with CITI, he was in charge of the data migration of the cards data for the integration of the KORAM bank with CITI in Korea, he was also in charge of the merger of the CITI system with the DINERS system for the Japan cards system. He was in charge of the IT conversion of CITI card system into a single platform company wide (ex USA). The new system included the credit initiation system, an advanced single customer view for customer service as well as java based website for customers. It included a common account receivable system, with collection and loss recovery, a loyalty program to maintain the reward points and rewards redemption. The system also integrates to a decision management system by Fair Isaac.

Lalitha Prasad

Lalitha Prasad was the Head of Corporate Learning Centre, Tata Consultancy Services at Trivandrum. He is a postgraduate in applied mathematics and has more than 30 years of experience in IT and Software development. He started his professional career as a software developer with Indian Space Research Organization in 1973. He has been associated with most of the launch vehicle projects of ISRO. He has developed software for trajectory simulations, Monte-Carlo simulations, orbit determinations, 3D visualizations, etc. He was a member of many review committees including the ISRO software engineering standards committee. He qualified as an auditor for ISO 9000 standards. After spending 24 years with ISRO, he joined TCS as a faculty in 1997. He was teaching software engineering and programming courses, before being elevated as training-in-charge to manage the fresher's training program. He has also worked for client projects for TCS projects in South Africa and Saudi Arabia

R. Narayanan

R. Narayanan retired as Vice President (Learning & Development), Tata Consultancy Services Ltd. Subsequently as Advisor, Global Learning & Development at Tata Consultancy Services, he mentored the learning initiatives of over 100000 TCS professionals in Technology, Domain, Management and Soft skills. Before joining TCS in 1995, he had an impressive stint of 26 years with the Indian Space Research Organization. In addition to developing Application Software in the domains of Molecular Biophysics and Space Avionics, he has worked on Systems Software on a variety of platforms comprising language compilers & special purpose operating systems for mission critical applications. He is currently a member of the International Steering Committee on Software Engineering Education & Training (CSEET), representing the Asian viewpoint. In this capacity he had functioned as Chair, Program committee and editor of the proceedings of the CSEET conference held at Dublin, Ireland in July 2007.

Saji Joseph has over a decade's experience in various roles in Technology and Learning Services.He was the founding Director of Thomson Cyber Solutions P Ltd. Successfully managed CMC Centre of Excellence in IT as its Director for over a decade. Saji Joseph pioneered and promoted the IT Finishing School concept in Kerala. He also conceptualized and developed various software products in learning and local language domains. He has mentored over 4000 graduates/ engineers as Director of CMC Centre of Excellence in IT and is also Winner of Spirit of Excellence award from CMC Limited.
