IVANY INVESTMENT - Key Persons
Colin has extensive treasury, financial and corporate development expertise. He is currently retained by a selection of distressed businesses ranging from manufacturing to entertainment and is involved in engineering turnarounds in these firms.
He serves as director of IMAX Darling Harbour and several other private businesses. Colin also served as a consultant to Video Ezy prior to IIG's successful sale of its interest in the company in 2005.
Deb joined Ivany Investment Group in September 2019 and is responsible for all aspects of the Chairman's office.

In 1999 Peter Ivany established his own diversified investment business, Ivany Investment Group. IIG has a range of diversified investments including bonds, distressed debt, start-ups, and company turnarounds, both in Australia and overseas. Peter has matched his achievements in business with passionate involvement in the not-for-profit sector.

Rachna joined Ivany Investment in 2017 and is responsible for all aspects of accounts payable, month end reporting as well as providing support for investment reporting and analysis.
Prior to joining Ivany Investment, Rachna had eight years working for GE Capital Australia as a Financial Accountant responsible for providing financial support and analysis to management to improve business decisions. Previously Rachna has also worked for Columbus Capital Pty Ltd for one and half years as a Treasury Analyst and at Firstfolio Capital Pty Ltd as an Assistant Accountant for three years.
Rachna holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree (Major in Accounting) from University of South Pacific Fiji and is an Associate member of CPA Australia.

Scott is responsible for the oversight of the accounting and reporting functions along with developing and maintaining our relationships with deal providers and financiers.
Scott completed his Bachelor of Commerce degree at the University of NSW in 1992 and was admitted as a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia in 1994.
Scott commenced his working life as a cadet at Deloitte Haskins and Sells in 1988 and worked in both audit and business services across the next 8 years. Deciding to leave the profession and move into the commercial world Scott first moved to Jardine Fleming working in corporate accounting. This role developed to provide Scott with exposure to both unit pricing of Asian market funds and listed company ASX reporting.
Across the next 8 years Scott worked in Chief Financial Officer roles in travel related businesses, both domestically and within the Asia Pacific sphere and was followed by two years in a similar role within the property development industry. Throughout his previous role Scott's primary focus has been on cash flow modelling, sourcing finance and working with a number of joint venture partners on both commercial and residential projects.
At IIG Scott is responsible for the oversight of the accounting and reporting functions along with investment due diligence, banking and funding arrangements, tax, strategy, capital allocation, risk management and structure.
Scott has been a member of the Ivany Investment team since 2009.
