Jose Cornejo is the original visionary behind Janitorial Bay Service. Prior to operating Janitorial Bay Service (JBS), the Peninsula native gained valuable experience while operating his father Janitorial business, Jose simultaneously attending Solano Community College studying Liberal Arts. Eventually he used his expertise of the janitorial industry to branch out on his own and, in 1994, JBS was born. I want to earn your TRUST and that takes time. In the meantime, I want to lay the foundation for building that trust. I will provide you with a detailed proposal of the services you have requested and I have agreed to provide. I also guarantee my price for a minimum of one year so you don't have to worry about being given a low price to "get in the door" and then seeing expensive "add on's". If the needs of your company change, I will gladly negotiate our contract up or down to be appropriate to your needs.
