For over 15 years, Ms. Julie E. Moisant has served in various different functions, specializing in Management Curriculum as a Program Manager. She has helped coordinate and make available Federal Financial Management courses in key cities in the Midwest. As a J&K team member she continues to develop cutting edge curriculum based on market needs while maintaining primary focus on key regulations within the course(s).
