Erek focuses his practice on Criminal Defense with an emphasis on felonies and DUI defense. He is a former deputy prosecuting attorney with over a decade of criminal law experience. Erek has handled over 100 criminal trials and is an accomplished litigator. Erek also represents clients on a wide variety of appellate issues and has successfully argued on behalf of clients at the appellate level.

Meagan Bennett represents clients on a variety of issues related to Probates and Estate administration; Wills and other Estate Planning; and Real Property matters. She has represented both landlords and tenants in real property disputes; and is familiar with a range of estate issues from multiple perspectives. Meagan attended Gonzaga University as an undergraduate and law student. She earned her pro bono distinction while in school, showing her dedication and compassion to helping others; and exemplifies a decisive nature and commitment to excellence in her practice of law.
Meagan's love for Gonzaga made the decision to make Spokane her home an easy one. She is an avid Zags and Seahawks fan, and enjoys spending time with her family and camping on the lake.
Shannon Lynch focuses her practice on Criminal Defense emphasizing DUI, Assault, and Domestic Violence charges. She is passionate about her work and fights to find her client's the best possible resolution.
Shannon graduated from Gonzaga University School of Law with Cum Laude honors. She attended the University of Colorado earning a bachelor's degree in Psychology and a certificate in Peace and Conflict Studies. Both her undergraduate and legal education focused on finding restorative resolutions to legal problems.
Shannon grew up in the small mountain town of Telluride, Colorado. Shannon has a deep love for the outdoors and Gonzaga Basketball. She enjoys traveling, hiking, camping, and spending time with friends and family.
Steve litigates employment law, personal injury, and family law matters. He has substantial experience representing employees in employment and labor cases including workplace discrimination, wrongful termination, sexual harassment, non-compete/severance agreement disputes, and EEOC claims. He also has significant experience representing federal and state government employees against government agencies. Steve has represented numerous clients in personal injury matters from inception to trial, including auto accident and premises liability cases.
