He has over 20 years experience in managing a team of experts at Orange County Human Resources in addition to presiding over entire JMP Electronics operation. Bringing extensive knowledge and experience in direct marketing, desktop publishing, manufacturing strategic planning and operations, Joseph has led the JMP Electronics company to the success it had achieved today.

Co-founder and Vice-President of JMP Electronics, Martha has worked over 25 years in electronics manufacturing industry and has been the Chief Operating Officer since the beginning of JMP. Prior to her current role at JMP Electronics, Martha has been working as the General Manager at TIBI Electronics, an electronics manufacturing in Santa Ana, California. Her experience in management and customer relations has been essential for building JMP Electronics' reputation among US manufacturers.
