Derek Mitchell

Biography Derek began his real estate career in Texas in early 2007. Not long after moving to Albuquerque in 2010, he joined a local commercial brokerage that was a top industry leader. During his time as a commercial broker, he has developed an unparalleled understanding of the Albuquerque commercial market and is well-versed in handling leases, sales, and investments. Ed Anlian

Biography Ed utilizes his diligent work ethic and broad commercial real estate experience to provide exceptional service to his clients. With a focus on office and retail commercial properties Ed provides workspace assessments to maximize functionality and designing layout plans to adhere a client's budget. Ed facilitates his clients' successful implementation of office, medical, and retail environments. Prior to joining Johnson Commercial Real Estate, Ed was Vice-President at Colliers International, NM for 8 years working with a wide array of clients and projects. Prior to that he was an associate broker at Sperry Van Ness where he was responsible for the management and marketing of properties ranging from small commercial condominiums to large Class A office buildings. Before becoming a full time commercial realtor in May 2006, Ed managed his own business for 23 years.

Erick Johnson

Erick, an Albuquerque native, began his real estate career in 2002. Erick's primary focus is sales and leasing of industrial and office properties as well as vacant land sites. Erick's persistence and determination have allowed him to become a leading broker in the Albuquerque metro area. Mark Friedman

Biography Mark is a native of Albuquerque and brings over 20 years of experience in the commercial real estate arena. He specializes in the sale and leasing of office and industrial properties. He handles Landlord and Tenant representation and helps many of his clients with the acquisition, disposition and marketing of investment properties. Mark focuses his Landlord leasing in Albuquerque in the North I-25 sub-market and handles the leasing for three large industrial parks in the North I-25 sub-market.
