JL Offshore AS was established October 2000, mainly to handle the spare parts for Mud Pumps, Drawworks and Rotary Table supplied by WIRTH Gmbh to the Norwegian sector of the North Sea. It soon became evident that customers wanted JL Offshore AS as a supplier of other drilling related equipment and spares.
