Solutions Support - Member of an eight person team providing Premium Support , for the Oracle Financials Application , at the Microelectronics division of Lucent Technologies. Provided technical support for the installation , debugging , and upgrading of the application. Responsible for trouble-shooting , logging Tar's , researching bugs and possible fixes for the end user. Attended technical infrastructure meetings as well as tar review meetings with the client... a team of developers and providing Oracle Applications support to the end users... ORACLE DBA - responsible for the day to day maintenance of Oracle Financials, backups, trouble shooting, supporting developers and end users. Also responsible for the maintenance and support of the corporate RAC databases and software. Also responsible for the installation of patches and upgrades for Oracle database software, Oracle Financials, Apex, etc.
