The founder of the firm, Adv. Moshe Kahn has more than twenty years of expertise as a business lawyer providing legal counseling and representation to local and foreign companies, including leading multinationals operating in Israel, in a wide range of industries and in various matters including complex commercial transactions, mergers, and acquisitions (including cross-border), real estate transactions, investments in hi-tech companies, and representation of clients in commercial litigation and arbitration proceedings.
Mr. Yitzchak Shittrit provides legal counseling in a wide range of civil and commercial law matters, including real estate transactions, foreign investments, and local and cross-border inheritance matters, representing clients from Israel and abroad.
Mr. Shittrit holds an LL.B degree in Law as well as an M.A. degree in Public Administration and Political Science. He is a member of the Israeli Bar and a qualified mediator. Mr. Shittrit is fluent in both Hebrew and English.
Mr. Haddad provides services of commercial contract drafting, commercial litigation, and legal counsel to businesses and corporations in Israel and abroad on both regulatory and commercial matters.
Mr. Haddad specializes in privacy protection, information, and database security (the local equivalent of GDPR), and in representation before the local regulator - Privacy Protection Authority.
Mr. Haddad has interned in the legal department of a global publicly-traded company and has served as the legal counsel of a local branch of an international pharmaceutical company.
