James Jackson Romeo, P.E. started his structural engineering business in 2004 in Glenwood Springs, CO and has been designing structures in the surrounding areas since 1992. Jim specializes in custom residential and commercial construction and provides intuitive construction drawings. He prides himself in the quality of his work and is committed to customer satisfaction. Jim holds a B.S. in Structural Design & Construction Engineering (1986) and an A.E.S. in Architectural Engineering Technology (1984) from the Pennsylvania State University. His experience includes custom residential, commercial construction, condition assessments, foundation repair, bridge design, bridge inspection, climbing wall design and more. Jerome M. Lacotta, P.E. currently works for the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation as the Department's Structure Control Engineer in the Philadelphia area. Jerry formed his own consulting business in 2006. Jerry and Jim attended Penn State together and now work together on custom residential and commercial construction in New Jersey and Colorado.
