Dave is the chief development officer for JSD. Dave, along with his development services team, provides clients with rapid, thorough and accurate assessments of the viability of a real estate transaction and associated risks. In the world of land acquisition and site planning/selection assistance, his team and their network of nationally connected consultant resources bring unrivaled design, real estate and management experience to every aspect of the development process in order to minimize the risks and bring to fruition the budgets and schedules that were committed too. From complicated zoning and entitlement issues, to sophisticated retail roll-out delivery programs, JSD manages every detail regardless of geographic location, project type or number of projects. Dave finds his position extremely gratifying with the national and international client/colleague relationships he has built that have converted to lifetime friends. He also values his ability to be able to train and mentor staff.

Hans interestingly shares a birthday with Mickey Mouse and was born on the day that they landed on the moon for the 2 nd time. Hans is a pushover and we have him wrapped around our paws. We always want more treats!

As the Milwaukee Regional Manager for JSD, Justin is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our Waukesha office, along with personally managing projects for a number of clients. With a civil engineering degree from Michigan Tech University, Justin shared that the most gratifying part of his work life is crossing paths with SO many people, from clients or colleagues to city staff, who he considers as friends- the relationships are what give his job meaning.

Paul shares that the most gratifying part of his role at JSD (outside of getting paid) is solving site grading and stormwater challenges and getting projects approved! His college professor once said, "work smarter, not harder" and Paul said that unfortunately he seemed to NOT have learned that particular college lesson. But if he could have any job in the world and didn't have to be concerned about income, he would love to help non-profits with development projects, and following closely behind that is mowing grass at a golf course as well as traveling the country and visiting campgrounds to write reviews for RV World.
