Brenda Carlin

Brenda Carlin has 20 years of commercial real estate experience. Primary focus on property management in Class A high rise, retail, and mixed use. Experience in leasing, construction management for tenant improvement projects and building capital improvement oversight. Ability to organize and implement teams for successful transactions. Proven track record of achieving client objectives, creating value and fostering positive tenant relations. Christian Robinson

Job Titles:

Christian joined JSH Properties, Inc. in 2017. Prior to joining JSH Properties, he worked on a mapping team for Google Maps. In addition to holding a Washington State Real Estate License, Christian earned a Bachelor of Arts in Geography with an emphasis on Geographic Information Systems from the University of Washington. His current position is supporting Rod Swift, VP of Property Management in overseeing a diverse portfolio including retail shopping centers, industrial, and mixed-use properties.

Chuck Wiegman

Chuck has been in the commercial real estate business for over 33 years. Chuck began his career with Solly Development, a prominent south end Industrial/Commercial development company from 1983 through 1991, where he was involved in the development of numerous warehouse and office projects. Chuck was involved in all aspects of the development process including initial layouts and pro forma's, budgeting, financing, land purchases, design coordination, permitting, construction management and on through the marketing, lease-up and property management of the completed projects. Chuck joined JSH Properties in 1991 and opened the JSH Properties office in the Kent Valley in 1992. Chuck has extensive experience managing industrial and office properties for both institutional and private investors. Chuck also has a long and successful track record in both leasing and building sales as well as helping owners manage leasing teams to maximize performance. He graduated from the University of Washington with a Bachelor degree in Business Finance.

Cory O'Brien

Cory O'Brien has been in the property management business since 2001. She started off at Trammell Crow in 2001 and then moved to JSH Properties in 2006. Initially her focus was on Class A high rise office and mixed use properties in the Seattle CBD, flex office/retail and suburban industrial for institutional and local owners. In 2010, she moved to the Tukwila JSH office and currently works on retail centers ranging from 10,000-190,000/sf, industrial warehouses and suburban office buildings for both institutional and private investors. In addition, she has managed several Receivership properties through the foreclosure and sale process. Skill base includes construction management, contract negotiations, marketing, budget and auditing. She is a detailed oriented manager that works closely with tenants to ensure upholding lease obligations, and with contractors and vendors to guarantee maximum curb appeal at most economical pricing to give greatest return to owners. She is experienced in Yardi, MRI and Kardin software. Cory holds a Bachelors of Science, Business Administration from Central Washington University and is a licensed Washington Real Estate Broker.

Courtney Klein

Courtney's experience in commercial property management includes Class A high rise office, retail, and mixed used properties in the Seattle Area, and most recently over a million square feet of Retail Shopping Center. Experience includes operations management, lease and contract implementation, construction management, and accounting. Past experience in customer service provides good relations with tenants, vendors, clients and customers. She is a graduate of the University of Washington and a licensed Washington Real Estate Broker.

Diane Decker

Diane has been active in Seattle's commercial real estate market since 1982. She began her career at Kidder Mathews & Seger, Inc. where, over a 16 year period, she worked to begin building the company's property management division. She worked her way up through office administration to Vice President of Property Management. While at Kidder Mathews she managed property, construction projects and the transition to Skyline property management accounting software along with the implementation of systems and procedures. In 1998, she joined JSH Properties, Inc as a Senior Property Manager managing and leasing a large portfolio of office buildings, mixed use business parks, industrial warehouses, and retail. In 2007, she joined Segale Properties LLC as Real Estate Manager where she handled the day to day management and leasing of a very large and diversified real estate portfolio throughout the Greater Seattle Area and Eastern Washington. Then in 2013, Diane returned to JSH Properties where she continues to manage properies and oversees the accounting functions of all offices. Diane has a very strong working knowledge of accounting systems and procedures, budgeting, leasing, customer and tenant relations, maintenance programs, marketing, insurance, construction supervision and property financing. Ms. Decker holds the Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation through the Institute of Real Estate Management.

Diane Edwards

Diane has been involved in commercial real estate since 1986 and has been with JSH Properties for over 26 years. Previously, she worked for Birtcher Properties and Wright Runstad & Co., and has managed a variety of portfolios, which have included medical office, multi-family, garden office, high-rise and retail properties. Diane's primary focus is managing retail properties--neighborhood shopping centers and the Centralia Outlets. Her strengths are budget management, tenant/client relations, leasing, construction management & facilities/maintenance. She holds a Washington State real estate license. Ernie Velton

Since joining JSH Properties, Inc. in 1999, Ernie has been directly responsible for the coordination of the sale of over 40 properties totaling over $300,000,000 in sales value. He has also provides strategic portfolio consulting services for clients of JSH Properties, Inc. Ernie leads JSH Properties' Lender Services team. Since late 2009 Ernie has teamed with senior property managers to offer receivership services for commercial real estate properties. As of January 2014 Ernie has served as receiver on 19 projects including office, retail, multi-family, parking garages and mixed use projects. Ernie specializes in investment sales and office leasing. Significant sales assignments include the sale of the Birch Bay Square, Totem Lake Malls, the Waterview apartments in downtown Kirkland, Salmon Bay Marine Center in Ballard, Kirkland Square shopping center, Kirkland Waterfront Market, Safeway Plaza in Kennewick and Woodinville Plaza. Significant leasing assignments include 98,000 sf to Evergreen Hospital in Evergreen Plaza, the 35,000 Salmon Bay Marine Center in Ballard, 23,000 sf to Valley General Hospital in Monroe and several office tenant representation assignments. Ernie began his career with Union Bank and subsequently worked for Seafirst Bank/Bank of America as a Vice President Senior Lending Officer in the Real Estate Industries Group. In his careers with both institutions Ernie was responsible for origination, evaluation and management of construction and permanent loans for a variety of property types. He originated over $500,000,000 of loans including over 4,000,000 sf of retail projects, over 3,000 apartment units and over 3,000,000 sf of office and industrial projects along with various other projects. In 1990 - 1991 Ernie worked in the Special Assets Division of Bank of America and managed a portfolio of loan assets through bankruptcy, foreclosure and disposition. Prior to joining JSH Properties, Inc. Ernie served as the Chief Financial Officer of Greenfield Development a ‘Brownfield redevelopment company. Ernie graduated with an MBA from San Diego State University and holds undergraduate degrees in Finance and Economics from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. Gardner Erickson

Gardner Erickson is an experienced and professional real estate professional recently joining JSH Properties in April of 2014. Gardner has 16 years of real estate experience, with specialization on retail and office properties. His client experience is with institutional, private owners, city governments and a family trust. In the previous 8 years, he was the senior Property Manager at Colliers. He and his staff managed retail and office buildings within and around downtown Seattle consisting of over 400,000 square feet. Prior to Colliers, he was the property manager of an office portfolio consisting of over a half million square feet just south of Seattle. He was responsible for the delivery of the day to day operations, customer service satisfaction and retention, vendor coordination, insurance and construction supervision. Gardner has a strong working knowledge of accounting systems, procedures and reporting. His experience is with Yardi both in financial reporting, budgeting and variance analysis. In addition, Gardner has a good understanding of building mechanical equipment and systems, overseeing several building HVAC control retrofits and replacement of rooftop equipment. He also has over 8 years of leasing experience, handling both new and renewals for several buildings and clients, including the Gene Juarez renewal completed at 601 Pine last year. In addition to Gardner's property management experience, he also was a financial analyst with Unico Properties before Colliers. His experience included reviewing investment financial analyst (Argus) required by institutional and complex ownership structures, and he can assist in the due diligence process on behalf of clients. He is a graduate of Washington State University with a Bachelor's degree in finance and real estate. He also holds a Washington State real estate license.

Josh Bailey

Josh joined JSH properties, Inc. in October of 2019. Prior to working in commercial real estate Josh spent seven years in the property and casualty insurance industry and is also the owner of a CrossFit gym with his wife, Annie. Currently Josh manages retail, industrial, office, marina, and residential properties throughout Seattle and the surrounding communities. He is a graduate of the University of the Cumberlands (Kentucky), with a B.S. in Business Administration, and serves the community as a youth strength and conditioning coach. Josh holds a Washington Real Estate Broker License.

Kevin Kooyman

Kevin Kooyman has been in the real estate business since 2010 with extensive experience in commercial property management. Commercial portfolio includes: Industrial Business Parks, Office, and Retail across Western Washington. He has been involved in the successful development of over 3M square feet of Class A warehouse projects throughout the region including site development, construction budgeting, space planning, permitting and construction management. Kevin's experience includes all aspects of property management including budgeting, reforecasting, leasing, marketing, vendor contracting, and reporting for both institutional and private investors. He is a graduate of Washington State University, a licensed Washington Real Estate Broker and is a CPM Candidate with the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM). In 2017, he was honored by the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) as one of the top "30 under 30" in the commercial real estate industry (nationally).

Rich Imperatore

Rich Imperatore has spent over 7 years in the commercial real estate business, with experience that has exposed him to Class A office, industrial, retail and hospitality properties. His career began in New York City with a building code consulting firm that navigated the NYC Dept. of Buildings on behalf of property owners and managers. He started as an expeditor, acquiring permits and approvals from the City for clients, and eventually transitioned to assisting project managers - coordinating permit packages for projects throughout Manhattan and Brooklyn. Following his passion for the outdoors, he moved to the Rocky Mountains of Colorado and spent 3 years in operations and facilities management for a hotel and restaurant property - successfully reviving the inoperable site to profitability in that time, and positioning the asset for a lucrative sale. From there, he set his sights on the booming market in Seattle. Rich joined JSH Properties in late 2017 with aspirations for growth in property management, development and construction management, and leasing roles. Rich is a graduate of Wesleyan University (CT) with a degree in Economics. Rich holds an active Washington Real Estate Broker's license.

Rodney Swift

Rodney joined JSH Properties, Inc. in November of 2001. He came to the organization offering seven years of business experience in such areas as healthcare consulting, and IT recruiting and sales. Rodney is currently responsible for the management of multiple retail shopping centers, industrial centers, and medical buildings in the greater Seattle area totaling 1 million square feet. His experience in managing medical buildings includes the King County Public Health Building, a large public health facility in downtown Seattle, and Evergreen Plaza, a 9-story medical building with Evergreen Health Care as the master tenant in Everett. He is a graduate of the University of Puget Sound, earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Management. Rodney also holds a Washington State Real Estate Agent License. Current and past clients include Clarion Partners, TH Real Estate, Blackrock Realty Advisors, AEW, Stockbridge Capital, and BH Properties.

Steve Corley

Steve Corley joined JSH Properties, Inc. in 1998 after leaving the field of marine operations management. He manages and leases office, retail, and industrial/office properties with high tenant counts and has expertise in common unit association management. He has managed building systems renovations, interior, and exterior capital projects, and many tenant improvements. He is a graduate of Kenyon College, BA Economics. Clients have included pension funds, investment partnerships, and family partnerships and he is an experienced Receiver for properties in foreclosure proceedings. In the community Steve is cross country coach for the Bellevue based Cascade Striders youth running club, a high school and men's club lacrosse referee, and is Secretary of the Greater Eastside Lacrosse League. Steve holds a Washington Real Estate Broker License.

Steven E Olsen - VP

Steve has been in commercial real estate with JSH Properties, Inc. since 1987 and is a principal of JSH. Steve specializes in retail leasing, renewal/expansion of tenants, site acquisition, development and re-development, and construction management. Steve is also the lead broker for approximately 3 million square feet of anchored shopping center retail space. He is a graduate of the University of Washington with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics, is currently Vice President of the UW Sigma Alpha Epsilon Alumni Association Board of Directors, has been named a Co-Star Retail Power Broker for many years and is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers. Prior to joining JSH Properties he was a member of the World Champion Miss Budweiser Unlimited Hydroplane Racing Team, on the American Power Boat ‘Crew of the Year' with The Squire Shops in 1984 and Miss Budweiser in 1987, and the 2023 H1 Unlimited 'Crew of the Year' with Bucket List Racing. Steve has been married to his beautiful wife Crystal since 1990 and has a son Kyle and daughter Michelle. He is currently building a 1969 Camaro street-rod with his son Kyle along with several other hot rod and vintage projects. He also enjoys boating, fishing, soccer, golf and skiing.
