He also served as president of American Business Information Inc., senior vice president at ADP, Inc. and group president at IRIC. Bert began his career at IBM as a systems engineer and software developer.

Charlie co-founded JMI and has over three decades of experience in the software industry. He is a former director of ServiceNow (NYSE: NOW). Since the early '90s, Charlie has been president of the family investment company of John J. Moores, the founder and former chairman and CEO of BMC Software, Inc. Prior to joining JMI, he served as a managing director and co-head of Alex. Brown's technology group. Charlie was also an investment associate in the treasury division of American Security Bank and at Pittsburgh National Bank. Charlie is a member of the board of directors of Authentify, Alex. Brown Realty, Inc. and Greystar Real Estate Partners. He also serves on the Center Stage Board of Trustees and the Board of Governors of St. Christopher's School.

Most recently Eric led his own healthcare automation company through a successful exit in 2021.
Gary is an Operating Advisor at JMI with over 20 years of engineering leadership at the executive level.
