JLC OUTDOORS - Key Persons
Carlos is our Landscaping Supervisor. He was born in Puerto Rico and has lived in the Orlando area for the past 10 years. Carlos supervises and works along with our landscaping installation crews. He also oversees the remedial tasks crew in doing clean-ups, tree work, hardscapes and sod replacement. He has been with JLC Outdoors since May, 2012.
Carlos is married and has 2 daughters. He is fluent in Spanish and English. If Carlos is on your property performing landscaping or remedial work please feel free to approach him for any questions or service requests that you may have.
Clay has an extensive background in the horticulture industry. He worked for a local lawn fertilization company for 6 years before joining JLC Outdoors in July, 2013. Clay is also very proficient in all stages of irrigation maintenance and repairs as well as having over 10 years experience in proper planting techniques, pruning, and the care and maintenance of turf and ornamentals.
Clay has recently been named Field Operations Manager at JLC Outdoors. He is also in charge of employee training and is dedicated to helping develop a team of employees that are knowledgeable and capable of delivering consistent and quality service to all our clients.
Clay is a Florida native, born and raised in this area. He is a single parent with an 11 year old son to whom he is very dedicated. He enjoys all outdoors activities and especiall our fantastic Florida weather.
Jim is our office administrator and the person you speak with when calling our office. He has been a Florida resident for most of his life and and lived in College Park for a number of years. With an extensive background of ownership and management in the retail and construction trades, Jim now assists in office management, advertising, and customer service. In his leisure, and when the weather is cooler, he enjoys golfing, being near or on the ocean, and aggravating his grand children.
Born and raised in the College Park area of Orlando, Jason attended school at Princeton Elementary, Robert Lee Middle School and graduated from Edgewater High School in 1991. In 1993, while attending the University of Central Florida, Jason Started Jason's Lawn Care. After graduating in 1996 with a bachelor of arts, Jason made the decision to continue growing his landscape business. Twenty three years later, JLC Outdoors has become a familiar name in the Central Florida area, providing all aspects of lawn and landscape services to it's clients. Jason is married to Kristin Adams, an elementary school teacher and has two boys, Grayson who is 13 years old and Jackson who is 10 years old. Jason's interests outside of JLC Outdoors include playing music, skiing and coaching his sons travel league baseball team.
