Amanda Knott

Amanda graduated Western Illinois University in Macomb, IL in 2009 with a degree in education. After working in the education field and traveling around, Amanda was drawn back to the area to be near family. Amanda felt a strong pull to the health insurance field; as she enjoys the challenge of the consistent change to the health insurance world and to help navigate these changes with her clients. In her spare time, Amanda loves to read, go to movies, and loves to paint.

Dave Gotsch

After graduating from Southern Illinois University he began his insurance career. David possesses over 30 years of Insurance industry experience on both the carrier and brokerage/consulting sides of the business. In 1990 Gotsch joined United HealthCare of Illinois (UHCI) as Vice President of Sales, and in 1996, Gotsch founded DRG Risk Management located in Wheaton Illinois. In 2012, DRG merged Joesph M. Wiedemann & Sons. Gotsch, his wife of 30 years and their four children reside in Winfield, IL.

Dianne Raleigh

Dianne is a third generation Agency Principal of Joseph M. Wiedemann and Sons, Inc. and has worked at the agency full time over 30 years. Dianne graduated from the University of Illinois with a degree in Accounting. After passing the CPA exam, she worked in public accounting for 6 years until her father asked her to join the agency staff as the agency was growing at a fast rate, along with the increased need for in house automation. Dianne is CFO and concentrates on the back office administration of the agency. She loves to travel and spend time in and on the river near her second home in Louisiana with family and friends.

Ernie Belmonte

Ernie received his Bachelors of Arts degree from Columbia College and holds the professional designation of Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) and has been working in the insurance industry for more than 20 years. As our Vice President of Operations, Ernie manages the day-to-day servicing of our clients' insurance needs and the daily activities that keep an agency like ours running smoothly. Ernie lives in Saint Charles with his family including 3 sons. He is an active member of the community and lives to serve, whether as a father, a civic leader or insurance professional.

Jim Gillen

Jim is a 15 year veteran of the financial and insurance industries, and supports the agency in the Financial Services division. Jim joined the agency in 2015 after sales, marketing and management roles with Prudential and MetLife. His commitment, passion and drive have made him a trusted industry leader. In his free time he enjoys running.

John Wiedemann

John graduated from St. Norbert College in 1988. He began his career as a commercial lines account service representative. In 1991 he moved to the commercial sales department and specialized in small closely held businesses. In 2001 he became Vice President of Commercial Operations where he worked with large commercial clients. In 2008 he was named President of the agency. He lives in St. Charles, IL with his wife and his three children. When not working, he enjoys golf, hunting, fishing and spending time with his family and two golden retrievers.

Kellan Eisenbraun

Kellan is a personal line customer service representative here at the agency. Her job includes assisting clients with their homeowner and auto policies. In her free time she loves to bake and crochet. She is rather new to the company but she loves the job and all the nice people she gets to work with.

Kristin Albers

Kristin graduated from Lewis University in 2015 with a degree in Music Merchandising and Marketing. This is her first job in the insurance industry and is loving it so far. She is enjoying being able to connect with our clients on a more personal level through social media. In her free time, Kristin enjoys seeing new movies, enjoying time with family at the lake house and creating awesome jewelry!

Lauren Winter

Lauren Winter began her insurance career here at the agency in June of 2015, when she moved to Illinois from Delaware. She began working in individual health department in November 2015, expanding into the rest of the benefits department. Previously, Lauren worked in the equine industry for six years in Pennsylvania, helping owners breed and raise horses, and the floral industry for one year. She has loved horses since she started riding at age of 6, and continues to feed her passion with weekly horseback riding lessons.

Mary Carlisle

Mary has over 10 years experience as a personal lines account manager. She enjoys working with the clientele and researching responses to their concerns. She has two adult children and spends most of her free time gardening, jogging, reading and spending quality time with family and friends.

Matt Stalter

After graduating from Illinois State University in 2009, Matt began his career as an insurance producer in 2010. He joined the agency in 2015 as a commercial insurance producer. Matt is a worship leader at Riverside Community Church and enjoys golfing, fishing and hanging out with his family. Matt is married to Ashley and has a son and a daughter.

Nancy Tonkinson

  • Account Manager
Nancy is an account manager for personal lines here at the agency. Her duties include answering questions about coverage, offering additional insurance products and taking claims. She has been licensed in insurance and working customer service for 27 years. In her spare time, she volunteers at her church and especially likes working with children.

Ned Cooke

Ned graduated from Illinois Wesleyan University with a degree in Risk Management and a minor in Economics. After school he started and ran an internet service provider. After selling the business in 2005 he joined the agency as a producer. In 2016 he became a partner in the agency and now manages the sales and marketing for the agency. When not at work he enjoys spending time with his family, volunteering at church, and vegetable gardening.

Sara Davis

This is Sara's first job with an insurance agency; she assists our commercial lines account managers with multiple job duties. Over the past couple months she has learned a lot and can't wait to see what the future holds for her! She is a vegetarian and enjoys discovering and cooking new recipes. Her favorite color is lime green and spends her spare time diving into books when she is not playing with her rescue dog Ollie. Last but definitely not least, Sara is a HUGE Cubs fan! Go Cubs Go!

Shannon Reppen

Shannon has been with the agency for 5 years. She started here as general office help before getting her Property & Casualty license and moving up to her Account Manager position in 2016. She also enjoys going to see new movies in the theaters as well as trying out new restaurants in the city!

Sue Tessler

Sue has been a part of the benefits department at the agency since 2002, where most recently she's concentrated primarily on the Medicare Supplement market. Previously, she was the secretary to the principal of a grammar school in Leyden Township, a realtor after moving to McHenry County, and after which she worked for ShareHealth Plan and EverCare a United HealthCare subsidiary. In her spare time, Sue enjoys reading, genealogy, traveling, and loves spending time with friends and family.

Theresa Reppen

Theresa first started in the insurance business back in 1984, but took break to have her children and be a preschool teacher, and decided to jump back into insurance with the agency in 2009. She began as a Commercial Assistant, moved to Personal Lines for about a year and is now back in Commercial Lines. She enjoys the challenge that comes daily with Commercial Lines as well as the relationships she develops with her clients. In her down time, Theresa enjoys bowling, movies, and hanging out with her friends and family.

Trent Coyle

After attending the University of Missouri, Columbia, Trent returned home to St. Charles. He is one of the newest members to the team, working in Business development for commercial lines. Trent enjoys spending his free time brewing his own beer and going to the movies.
