Adam has been with Joseph M. Wiedemann and Sons since May, 2022. He is a dedicated consultant with over 20 years of experience in personal lines insurance. His current focus is on high net-worth insureds and he is especially pleased to counsel those with unique insurance needs, including multi-state risks and hard-to-place coverage. Along with his husband, Ryan, Adam enjoys exploring Chicago's local arts festivals, architectural wonders, and rockin' concert venues. They are also big fans of travel and sampling cuisine from all over the world! Adam owes a great deal of his success to the colleagues, mentors, and bosses he's been privileged work with over the years, as well as the great education he received from his alma mater, Northern Illinois University - go Huskies!

Dan graduated from Western Illinois University with a Bachelor's degree in Marketing. He is the 4th generation of family to work at Joseph M. Wiedemann & Sons. Dan started his career at the agency doing general office work (and changing lightbulbs!). He then briefly left the agency and went to work for two different insurance agencies to develop his skills in Commercial Lines. Now back at the agency, Dan uses his expertise and experience as supervisor of the Commercial Lines department. Away from work, he enjoys coaching CrossFit and spending time with his dog, Penny.
After graduating from Southern Illinois University, Dave began his successful insurance career. In 1996, he founded and operated DRG Risk Management in Wheaton, IL, until DRG merged with Joseph M. Wiedemann & Sons in 2012. With over 30 years of Insurance industry experience on both the carrier and brokerage/consulting sides of the business, he is a valuable member of the team. Dave, his wife of 30 years, and their four children currently reside in Winfield.

Dianne is a third generation Agency Principal of Joseph M. Wiedemann and Sons and has worked at the agency full time for over 30 years. She graduated from the University of Illinois with a degree in Accounting, working in public accounting for 6 years until her father asked her to join the team at the rapidly growing family agency. As CFO, Dianne concentrates on the back-office administration of the agency. She loves to travel and spend time in and on the river near her second home in Louisiana with family and friends.

John graduated from St. Norbert College with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration. He began his dream career working for the family business as a commercial lines account service representative. In 1991 John moved to the commercial sales department and specialized in small closely held businesses. From there, he advanced to Vice President of Commercial Operations where he worked with large commercial clients until being named President of the agency in 2008. John lives in St. Charles with his wife and three children. When not working, he enjoys golf, hunting, fishing and spending time with his family and two golden retrievers.

Megan has worked at JMWSONS for over three years. She started as a receptionist and has since worked in both the Personal Lines and Commercial Lines departments. Megan transitioned from Personal Lines to Commercial Lines and looks forward to learning more from each of her co-workers, clients, and carriers. She enjoys helping clients understand their full scope of their coverages. She also enjoys assisting her co-workers in any way she can. When not working, Megan enjoys fixing up and decorating the house she recently purchased. She enjoys spending time with friends and family, including her adorable niece and nephew. Every Sunday during football season you can find her on the couch, rooting for the Bears! (Even when they make it close to impossible to do so). Go Bears!

As an account manager for Personal Lines, Nancy uses her expertise and 27 years as an insurance professional to guide her clients to the best coverage options for their needs, as well as assisting them with claims. She is a customer service expert, with 5-star Google reviews from her many happy clients to show for it. In her spare time, Nancy volunteers at her church and especially likes working with children.

Ned graduated from Illinois Wesleyan University with a degree in Risk Management and a minor in Economics. After graduating, he operated a start-up internet service provider, selling the business in 2005 to join the JMWSONS agency team. In 2016 he became a partner at the agency and now manages the sales and marketing department. When not at work, Ned enjoys spending time with his family, volunteering at church, and vegetable gardening.

Sara started with the agency in 2016 as an office assistant and quickly moved her way up to the Commercial Lines & Administrative Departments. She currently holds multiple job duties and assists with many tasks to ensure that JMWSONS runs smoothly and efficiently. Sara is not afraid of trying new things - both inside and outside of work, and spends her spare time playing with her dogs, kayaking, cooking, and watching the Packers and Cubs games.

Theresa started in the insurance business in 1984, but took a break to raise her children and work as a preschool teacher. She decided to jump back into insurance with Joseph M. Wiedemann & Son's in 2009. Theresa began as a Commercial Lines assistant and then moved to Personal Lines for a year before returning to her current position in the Commercial Lines department. She enjoys the daily challenge that comes with Commercial Lines as well as the relationships she develops with her clients. In her down time, Therese enjoys bowling, movies, and hanging out with her friends and family.
